Jess nailed it again. This time we had a few little things going on in the apt that required the assistance of the super, and she was so responsive and easy-going about it. Jess is always so calm about everything, has a nice sense of humor, and comes through in a bind, when needed. Thanks for everything, as always, Jess!

Stephanie and Justin were such great sitters! They checked in regularly, knew exactly how to handle my dog’s leash reactivity, and went above and beyond in tidying the house. I would have them back anytime!!

Gabriela and Danilo were great guests. They were responsive, friendly, helpful, kind and great custodians of our home and pet. On top of that, they responded to a last minute request to stay a few extra days and were flexible and incredibly helpful. Couldn’t talk them up enough. Recommend to anyone.

Marta and Guille took such good care of our two dogs and home. They took them to the beach and to do things and sent photos. Will definitely be using them in the future when we need a pet/house sitter again.

I can't thank Liam & Neah enough! They helped me out big time and at the last minute as my original sitter canceled less than 96 hours of the sit. I was going to Europe for a month on a business trip. They were great at keeping me updated with Teddy & Sophie. I also found they were easy breezy sitters. I came back home to happy pets and a very clean apt. Neah also arranged my sheer curtains in such a pretty way that I never thought of. I'm going to keep them like that as it really changes up the look for the better. They were very self-sufficient and responsible. Eirill was such an amazing house sitter! Not only did she keep the house nice and tidy while we were gone, but she had great communication skills and most importantly, gave Tootsie the best care. We could tell how much Eirill really loved being with our cat and it meant a lot to us while we were far away. Eirill is welcome back any time, thank you so much for everything!

Livia is an EXCELLENT house/pet sitter!! If she applies for a sit, you should just go ahead and accept her immediately. She was extremely communicative prior to the sit, making sure her flights were aligned with my own, and even checked in with me a few more times before her arrival to make sure nothing changed. Throughout her stay, she took awesome care of my anxious, senior dog, Charlie. It was super clear from all of the photos that she sent me during her stay that Charlie was out and about, having the time of his life. She was very attentive to his needs and communicative with her questions and concerns throughout her trip. And Charlie is not generally quick to accept new people into his life, but he accepted her right away and was clearly not at all stressed when we came home. Finally, I would say that she left our house cleaner than she found it! I opened our kitchen towel drawer and it was better organized than when we left – hah! I’ll just reiterate that if you’re lucky enough to have Livia apply for your sit, do yourself a favor and just click “accept.”

Shahzeb is an engaging and interesting person who loves cats and knows how to take care of them. He communicated well about LilBit, and it was clear when I returned that he had taken good care of her. My only concern is that he rushed out and did not leave my apartment in the same condition I had left it in when I left.

Izabela was an amazing sitter for Woodford and my apartment. She flew in from NYC to Austin just for this sit! She sent pictures everyday, was very self sufficient, and I returned to my apartment in immaculate condition. If you are looking for a wonderful sitter for your pets and home, and to have peace of mind, Izabela is the perfect sitter for you.

Elizabeth was awesome. She took Zi on walks and they explored several hiking trails. She gave Zi several baths when she got dirty. She left the house in better shape than it was when we left. I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone. We would love to have her back

Andreas and Carolyne took on the huge responsibility of caring for my cat with cancer knowing anything could happen and my beloved kitty might have to be euthanized on their watch. In addition, both of my cats require twice daily asthma treatments. Both cats were very well taken care. Luckily, the cancer didn't progress much while I was away and they sent me frequent emails with photos and updates regularly. The apt. was also well taken care of. It wasn't easy to leave my cat and I am very grateful to Andreas and Carolyne for sitting for me.
