We invited Breanna and Drew back after their original visit here in September. We’ve had at least three other capable TH sitters, and by a wide margin, Bre & Drew have been the best and most genuine in connecting with our dog, Sammy. (He would happily adopt them as permanent parents!) In addition during this visit we were off the grid and unreachable for more than two weeks. Bre & Drew handled that with calm, and handled the unexpected contingencies with aplomb.
Nero and McKenna were excellent house and pet sitters. As I requested, they only reached out for need to know issues/emergencies and handled small issues well. During the annual freak ice storm that Texas had, they kept me informed with the plumbing issue that arose and I was able to send a plumber out to have the issue fixed without any problems or miscommunication. I came home to happy pups and a very clean home. Although this was not part of the welcome guide or my instructions/expectations, they had already cleaned the bedsheets and ran the dishwasher which I found to be very thoughtful. I would recommend them to anyone and would feel comfortable with them watching my pups and home again in the future.
