This was our first experience with zeewoi and it couldn't have been better. Yvonne and Hans arrived at our home days after Hurricane Irma devastated our neighborhood and most of Florida. The storm left the entire area without electricity, and with no electricity to run the air conditioning, our house uncomfortably hot and humid. In addition, resources in the area, such as food, water, and gasoline were scarce. We worried that given the situation, Yvonne and Hans might reconsider their offer to house/pet sit. Nothing could be further from truth! After expressing gratitude that we survived the storm, they let us know that a little-old power outage wouldn't stop them! Happily, the power was restored the day before we were scheduled to depart on our trip, and no other catastrophes occurred. We are confident that Yvonne and Hans can handle what ever snafus might come their way. Yvonne and Hans Lin are a delightful couple; friendly, full of interesting stories and quite easy to talk to. They arrived a day early to acclimate and get to know the area, our house, and pets. Our pets took to them immediately, especially our cat Henri, who seemed quite taken with Hans. Having traveled to the US and Florida previously, Yvonne and Hans were very comfortable navigating the busy streets, and kindly drove us to the airport the morning of our departure. While we were away they sent us periodic updates which included pictures of our pets. Our trip was all the more enjoyable knowing our house and animals were being so well cared for. When our trip was over and we arrived home, the house was clean and tidy, and our animals were happy and calm. We have nothing but good things to say about Yvonne and Hans. We highly recommend them for any house and pet sitting situation and would happily engage their services again in the future.
What a breath of fresh air Tanya is. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter to look after my two dogs Lola and Charlie. I am always anxious leaving my two girls with anyone but I felt at ease with Tanya. She provided regular updates and pictures throughout my holiday. I suspect my two didn’t even miss me because they were having so much fun. I came home to the cleanest house with so many little extra things done like dog calming music playing on the tv, some fresh picked fruit, fresh sheets and so much more. I am so so grateful that Tanya treated my girls like her own. I would 110% recommend her to anyone :)
