Meg and Matt were super friendly and hospitable leading up to the sit and when we arrived, providing lots of local suggestions to help us make the most of our stay. They were very clear about what they expected of us and accommodating to our travel schedule. The apartment itself is very homey and perfectly situated with easy access to SF, beaches, and hiking in the Santa Cruz mountains. 2 of the 3 cats were rather shy (understandably!) during our short stay but Walt, the majestic bengal, was friendly and cuddly and all were easy to care for. We'd love to house sit for them again!
My stay was seamless thanks to Hannah and Alex! They were easy to communicate with and made sure I had everything I needed. Cash is so adorable, very social, and easy to care for. He warmed up instantly and was happy just to hang out with me all day. The apartment is in a great location just steps from Central Park and close to so many amazing cafes and restaurants. I highly recommend this sit!
I wanted to stay in Plymouth to be near my son for Christmas, and I am so glad I found this sit for Debbie and Bob. The house is gorgeous and is in a good position. It's walking distance to the centre, Barbican, parks, shops etc but not too busy or noisy. Very comfortable house and beds. The kitchen has everything needed to cook, bake etc. Jessie and Agnes the dogs are an absolute delight, very easy to look after and they are very cuddly and affectionate. Likewise the cats, Tash and Barney are extremely affectionate and self-sufficient. Debbie was really kind and helpful and kept good communication. I would definitely recommend this sit and I will hope to go again.
Deb was so kind and offered clear instructions for our stay. Little Thea was unimpressed with us at first, but she did warm up to us after a couple of hours. The house was very clean and full of interesting art--we could not stop admiring all of the various pieces, from all over the world! A huge shopping center is about 17 minutes' walk from the house, which is in a quiet residential area. If you are patient with pups and looking for a welcoming place to enjoy, we heartily recommend this sit.
This was a fun sit - Beautiful home, great location and sweet pets to care for. The 2 cats, Silver and Copper are as friendly as the 2 dogs Charlie and Bella. One of my favorite activities was driving Charlie and Bella in the golf cart to this spot frequented by other Villagers & their dogs to play. There are many activities to enjoy at the Villages - an interesting place.
Laurel provided a detailed House guide which made for a great sit The house was very lovely and Laurel even left wonderful treats on my arrival The dogs were great company, very loving It was a pleasure to enjoy a relaxing time in beautiful weather I was welcomed and had everything and more to be able to enjoy a week away Thanks Laurel Miss those pups!
