It had been a delightful short sit for us. Lucy had been very responsive with communication before and during the sit. The location of the village is only minutes from a dog friendly beach, Southwest coast path and the National Trust Wheal Coates. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The house itself is full of character and spacious. Lucy had arranged us to sleep in her main room which is very comfortable. Three lovely dogs who are very gentle, sweet, and easy to care for. They love their walks, good with recalls, love children and behave very well when we took them to one of the restaurant. Sophie the cat had been very sweet and love a cuddle. Lucy could not be a better host! She had written lots of detailed instructions which is always appreciated.
Stephanie and Derek are a dream come true! They were incredibly hospitable and kind hosts and their home is super clean and comfy with access to a lovely pool in a great neighborhood and just when you think it can’t get any better, you’ll meet Nutmeg and beware: she will steal your heart!! Nutmeg can’t get any cuter even if she tried and she loves to cuddle and is a very sweet and low maintenance lady. We miss her already and give our highest recommendation for this sit! ❤️
