I take my pup to Hannahs House for Daycare a few days every week for over two years at this point. He absolutely loves it and can’t wait to get there in the morning and being a high energy little guy, when he comes home, he eats and sleeps well! Hannah’s House feels like family to me and my pup. I trust and know he is safe and well taken care of when I drop him off for the day. Or when I have to travel and board him for a bit of a longer stay. The staff are friendly and informative and they know and love my pup. I can’t recommend them enough!
The boys love coming here for their spa day. Pups always look and smell so good when they're done. Definitely recommend checking them out.
I've been taking my dog to Hannah's house for years! They are the best! My dog enjoys being there and the staff is friendly! They always take care of her and if anything happens they always contact me right away! When I pick her up at the end of the day they give me feedback if she was having any kind of issues or if she was having a good day! This place is amazing!
I take my dog to Hannah's House multiple times a week and board her when needed. Its great having a place i know she is being taken care of and i don't have to worry. My dog absolutely loves going there. Sean and Hannah and all the staff there are awesome. Its like my dogs second home!!!!
I have used Hannah’s House to board my two dogs in the past. I had only boarded them overnight a couple of times since we live close by, but this time, I boarded them here for a week. Never again!! Not only did I pay over $600 to board them, they were extremely filthy and stinky when I picked them up. They were not dropped off like that! Both dogs had small piece of feces on them and my oldest dog has had severe kennel cough since I picked them up. Why wouldn’t they wipe poop off of them? They were not dropped off like that. I usually board at their vet, but they were full. The service does not justify the costs- usually when you board dogs in the same run, you are given at least a half off for the second dog discount. Not here, just $2 off for the second dog and they don’t provide food. A ridiculous amount of money, and since they have been back I have incurred more costs as I have had to get a vet appointment to address my oldest dog darn near coughing up a lung. I knew something wasn’t right this time around…..they came back acting traumatized. Not sure if the conditions in the kennel are true, but they way they were returned to me, I have to believe it’s not the most sanitary. I love supporting small businesses, but unfortunately that was my last time boarding them here.
My family has been using Hannah's since 2016 and have always had a great experience. Highly recommend!
unsanitary conditions for the dogs. the yard is over grown with grass. one of the girls in charge of the day care actually hits people’s dogs when they aren’t listening…VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!! the kennels are nasty as well. just overall bad experience. wouldn’t recommend it
We have been a longtime customer of Hannah’s house and have always had a great experience. We really like that the dogs have an indoor/outdoor free play area.
Wet run down. Unsanitary. Very humid damp wet. In building back Yard for dogs is nothing but dirt. Untrained staff owner place should be knocked down. Dont pay employees take money from them. Recommend. Never using Hanna’s house. Dogs deserve better.
This kennel is run down and very outdated. The kennel where they board the dogs is very humid and stuffy, when I took a tour i heard the one employee complaining and seemed very upset it was so hot and humid and don’t blame her I broke a sweat just standing inside looking at the kennel area. The employees were complaining and no one seemed happy all seemed to be in a bad mood like they don’t wanna be there and didn’t care. They do not do what they claim they do when you board your dogs or even have your dogs in daycare. They don’t treat your dogs like they care about them they drag and pull them around. Standing in the building talking to lady at the desk and you hear someone yelling that a dog escaped the lady in office doesn’t do anything to help or even respond back, so how many dogs have escaped that they don’t tell anyone about? My dog was in day care and got hurt multiple times from different dogs attacking him that he can’t even go to daycare anymore because they would rather keep the dogs that start the fights there instead and it’s not like it’s only my dog I have been told these dogs have started fights with many other dogs and they still keep them there and allow them to do these things. I won’t bring my dog to play and enjoy daycare anymore because they can’t keep dogs safe and fights to a minimum, and they really don’t seem to care. I would be afraid to even board my dog here ever again.
I have been bringing my furry friend to Kenyesta's Fur Baby Haven LLC for over three years now! He lights up whenever she’s around—it’s so sweet to see how excited he gets when I pull up and spot her. The place is always kept so clean and welcoming, and you can just tell that every dog is treated with tons of love and care. I feel so blessed to have found someone who takes such great care of my pet; it gives me peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands!
I have left my Husky, Ryder, with Kenyesta several times and she is wonderful! Ryder has separation anxiety and does not like being away from me, but when we pull up to Kenyesta’s, he can’t get out of the car fast enough. He loves her (and her husband)! She sends texts and photos while I’m away and he always looks like he’s having the best time. I wouldn’t consider leaving him with anyone else. Thank you, Kenyesta!!
Extremely pleased with the love, care & patience Kenyesta provides for our 3-yo pup Dior! She’s been our go-to boarder since she was a puppy. She provides photo updates, crafts a healthy social environment based on size &keeps track of all pups vaccinations! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone in Delaware!
I love, love, love Kenyesta’s Furbaby Haven! Her place was like home away from home for my dog Precious. When you walk through the door, you can instantly tell that your pet will be safe and well cared for. We used Kenyesta many times and I’ve absolutely no regrets. My dog would take off as soon as we got her inside and removed her leash because she was that comfortable there. Kenyesta has a special rapport with animals. She’s a natural. She should be called the “Dog Whisperer “. The facility is very clean and well kept. There are areas for different sized dogs and kenyesta is very knowledgeable about what dogs she can and cannot pair together. I never had any issues or worries when leaving Precious in Kenyesta’s care. She came highly recommended and I pass this recommendation along to anyone needing a safe haven for their pet. ( In case you are wondering why I am speaking in past tense it’s because my Baby crossed over, but if I ever decide to get another pet, I most definitely will book with Kenyesta’s Furbaby Haven.)
Kenyesta 's Furbaby Haven is truly a Godsend. Last year, when my wife and I were about to leave for our vacation, our original dogsitter abandoned us at the last minute! We were didn't know what to do until we reached out to Kenyesta. She came to our rescue and was able to keep Pockets, our puppy at the last minute. We have been using Kenyesta for our dogsitting needs ever since. We appreciate her loving care of our dog, her sending of pictures to let us know how Pockets is doing, and that she maintains the proper number of dogs in her care. This fact alone assures us she provides personal attention to Pockets while he is in her care. I would definitely recommend Kenyesta's Furbaby Haven to anyone and to everyone who cares how their pet is cared for and treated while in her care.
Kenyesta is always amazing and cares for my dogs as if they were her own. I have a golden retriever that loves everything and everyone and a mix breed that is scared of his own shadow. My golden does pretty good in the car going most places, but my other dog hates traveling anywhere and preffers to stay home. The fact of the matter is when it comes time to take them to kenyesta, both of them are trying to jump through the door when we get to her house. The fact that they both love her as much as they do is enough for me to know I would never take them anywhere else without being forced to. This will always be my number one place to take my dogs when I go on vacations.
I highly recommend Kenyesta for dog-sitting! She took exceptional care of my dog, Oslo, while I was away. Every day, she sent me pictures and updates, which made me feel so at ease. Oslo was always so happy when I got home, which shows just how well she cared for him. Her dedication and love for animals really shine through, and I’m so grateful to have had someone so dependable looking after Oslo. Thank you, Kenyesta!
I have been bringing Colton to Kenyesta for overnight stays for over a year now. She is always reliable and I feel relaxed while I'm away knowing that Colton is in great hand. Kenyesta is very responsive and sends pictures while away. I am so grateful to have someone I can trust!
Star stayed overnight for the first time last Monday. She must have loved it because she didn’t leave Kenyesta’s side when she brought her out to come home.
