We had an amazing week in Woodbridge. Jemima and her family are amazing and very generous. The house is beautiful, I loved the kitchen where found everything I needed to prepare some lovely meals. It is a quiet area, easy to go anywhere. The riverside walk is simply beautiful. Betty and Gerty are gorgeous. They were very easy going and happily came with us for some adventure. They were so much fun. We still miss them! Pebbles, Grape and Bear were no trouble at all. We could tell all the animals are very well loved. Thank you for the opportunity and the delicious meals!
Annie and Luke are an extremely warm and friendly couple and great communicators. The sit was effortless as adorable Bailey and Ellie are so easy to look after. We took them to the off leash beach everyday which they absolutely loved. They’re very well behaved at cafes (ensure they have water as they drink a lot) and have been well trained on leads. They love company and cuddles. The house is situated next to the National park on a quiet street/area which is ideal for walking the doggies on their 2nd walk each day. The handover notes were thorough and Annie always responded quickly with any questions we had. We grew attached very quickly to the doggies and their loveable personalities and we miss them already!
KBlue is absolutely beautiful and so sweet to have around. He loves pets and cuddles. We had a fantastic time taking care of him! Jaideep left great instructions and his home was a lovely and very central place to stay in. We would definitely housesit for Jaideep again!
We had an incredible sit at Dominics beautiful property and home. The house and grounds are breathtaking. A true british countryside estate. We were NOT expecting the house to be so grand! The area is stunning with quaint villages but is very remote and does require a car. The grounds has ponds and koi fish, a tennis court, a play area for children, trampoline etc. and there is a piano in the house as well. The schedule and routine for the cats is simple to follow. Onchow is so beautiful and loves to be picked up and cuddled. She was never too far from us. They are also independent and will happily sleep in another area of the house if you prefer to not sleep with cats. Luna is more independent and loves to come to you in her own way. She's very lovely. They get along well and we had no issues. They are both indoor cats. We miss them already. Dominic is very relaxed and easy going. We asked if Leons Mum could come by for a tea and he offered her to stay the night there if we wanted (despite us not taking up that offer) . We really appreciated the kindness. We stayed at the house with him the night before he left and he showed us all around the property. He also gave us our own space to settle in. Communication was wonderful and while he was away, only when necessary. This is truly a dream house and pet sit we were sad to leave the cats. We 100% recommend this house sit in all regards. The internet is perfect, we are remote workers, the house was a little chilly at times but given the size it's understandable, there were some ladybirds that were easy to shoo out the windows in the mornings but that's spring in the countryside of England!
Bailey and Ollie were just the sweetest! They are excellent dogs and were awesome companions! We had lots of walks around the lake which is near Jennifer’s home and we all enjoyed it so much. Our son Parker who is almost 4 also participated and it was so fun! Very easy to care for :) Jennifer’s home is very nice close to shops and 30 mins from San Fran! If you have the chance to sit for her and her family grab it :)
