Laci and EmmaCat were great companions. Our home was neat and clean when we returned, plants watered and new seedlings well cared for. EammCat was relaxed, well fed and content. And that’s the key thing! I believe, (though I’m not sure) our was one of Laci’s first TH sits, and we were happy to help her launch her side gig as a pet sitter. We have created a thorough (maybe *too* thorough) house guide and welcome notebook for our sitters, based on input we’ve have from others who cared for EmmaCat through TH. Laci didn’t have a chance to read all the way through it, and missed a few things that in the end were pretty minor. I wish had had gone step-by-step through the guide during a video call – but that’s on us, and we’ll do that next time! Laci will for sure do well by your fur-baby and take good care of your home. We wish her all the best, and know she will do her best, as she gets started in this new and rewarding endeavor!
This is the second time in a row that Troy has sat for me. My little Brio and I love having Troy! He's always very reliable and communicative. Very organized, clean, and tidy. Very on top of everything, including coordinating arrival and departure, making sure little Brio is properly covered in case there are travel delays. I never had to worry about anything because I knew Troy got everything under control and would let me know if there were concerns or questions. Troy has set the bar really high and now I'm always eager to find out when he will be available to come back to sit for me again!
Rena (Helen Rena) and her sister did an excellent job of caring for our dog Muffin and our home while we were traveling outside of the U.S. This was our very first use of zeewoi so we are very pleased that everything ran so smoothly. Rena came the evening before our departure for a meet and greet, and orientation. The next morning Rena and her sister were right on time to occupy our home as we were leaving for the airport. Muffin was in excellent hands for our entire trip. Rena sent photos and kept us up to date. A little stomach issue surfaced with Muffin and Rena contacted our vet and got the meds to settle Muffin's stomach discomfort. The house was left in perfect condition. Rena also kept our bird feeders stocked with food for our feathered friends, and watered our potted plants outside. Many thanks to you Rena, and to your sister.
