Jeremy sent lots of photos of and messages about Toulouse while we were gone, and when we returned, Toulouse was calmer and friendlier that he has ever been when we returned from a trip. Jeremy came to our house for instructions twice before we left, and was attentive and engaged. And when we returned home, the house was in perfect shape-- cleaner than it had been left. Plus Jeremy fixed a window shade we had broken a few months ago! Finally, we really enjoyed meeting and chatting with Jeremy. He is a lovely human being, and we are looking forward to asking him to sit again for our next vacation.
Aurora agreed to a last minute sit and did an awesome job of it! She communicated updates about our pets as much as she could, even though we were in weak service areas. All our fluffies seemed happy and at ease on our return. The house was in order as well. She was kind enough to oblige our ask for changing sheets before leaving. All in all, Aurora did a really good job of taking care of our pets, as well as our home!
