Highly recommend Paws Pet Sitting and home care. Chris looked after our 2 fur babies and home for 4 weeks while on holidays. Chris was great at keeping us up to date and photos, I was able to enjoy my holiday and not worry about my fur babies. It was also nice to come home to a clean warm home lights on and happy fur babies. Thank you very much Chris hoping you can look after us again.

My review is for the lovely Julie who took care of my cats for 2.5 weeks while I was away. One of my boys has feline asthma and requires daily inhaler medication so my separation anxiety about going away was through the roof. That was until I met the lovely Julie through pawz pet sitting. Julie took time out of her day to come and meet my cats before our departure date and took the time to familiarise herself with the medication. She spoke to my pets like they were her own and went above and beyond what was expected. Julie is a wonderful person and this really shines through in her work. I received constant updates and I was relaxed throughout the whole trip. I just knew my boys were getting lots of love and attention. Highly recommend this service and Julie in particular!

Highly recommend. Great pricing and lots of photos everyday to reassure me how our dog was doing. We had to organise someone to come feed and walk our Great Dane last minute, and Teresa was super quick to help sort it out for me. Elena was awesome. Very friendly and was comfortable interacting with a large dog. Our dog loved her and got lots of scratches and pats during the initial meeting. Unfortunately our dog got very shy and scared after we left, but Elena handled it very well! She spent time trying to coax her to interact with her and sent me lots of photos and updates. Will definitely be recommending you guys to friends!

I had Julie look after my 3 dogs while I was away and could not have been happier with her service . My dogs loved Julie and she was even able to gain the love and trust of my special needs rescue Chihuahua who normally takes an extremely long time to warm to people. I was kept updated the entire time and sent lots of photos. Julie kept the same routine that we have with our dogs in regards to feeding times and bed time routine. I returned home to an extremely tidy and clean house and very calm and content babies . I would absolutely recommend Julie and Pawz pet sitting.

I have an anxious Weimaraner who can’t be left at home when I’m at work - otherwise she drives the neighbours crazy. Highly recommend Pawz Pet Sitting! We have had Leonie come and stay to look after our furbabies a few times now and will continue to book through Pawz Pet Sitting for future occasions (and hopefully Leonie is available, we love you Leonie). We can have full trust in her to respect our house and take the best care of our 2 dogs and 2 cats, I know they are in the best hands with lots of love and cuddles given while we are away.

We had Julie stay at our house for ten days with our dog Bayley and we're completely happy and confident knowing she was being cared for whilst we were abroad. Julie kept us updated throughout and sent photos which was great. She stuck to Bayley's routine with food and walks etc. and the house was left spotless! Great communication from Teresa when making our initial booking too. Will definitely be using Julie and Pawz next time we go away :)

We can not recommend Pawz Pet Sitting enough! In the last week my husband and I welcomed our new baby daughter and required a very last minute pet sitter for our puppy Marley. We had already contacted Teresa in preparation for the birth but when my waters broke earlier than planned we were stuck. My husband called Teresa and with less than an hours notice she happily took our puppy for us, no questions asked! The relief we had with knowing our fur baby was taken care of was immense! You always know your pet is going to be taken care of by a wonderful person in a loving home! We got regular updates and the cost for the service is great! Our puppy came home so happy and exhausted which is always a good sign so we knew she enjoyed it! Anyone on the Central Coast looking for a pet sitter, do not look any further, your pet will love it!!

Alena and her family have taken incredible care of our nearly 13yo Pug x Jack Russel on numerous occasions. We tried one of the bigger kennels for an overnight two years ago and Pug hated it. Whenever we take her to Alena’s, she doesn’t look back and neither do we, we know she’s safe, cared for and happy. Thanks Alena!

Lana consistently sent us photos and videos of our dear Koda and it gave us peace of mind while we were away. Lana even divided Koda’s food so it will last for weeks (it was our fault for not dividing it before leaving). Koda was very happy while staying with them, he had the chance to play with other dogs and with Lana’s kids as well. Lana’s family welcomed Koda and was treated like their own furbaby! Fluffypaws will be Koda’s 2nd family.. ❤️❤️ thank you so much, Lana!! 5 stars!

Fluffy Paws took very good care of our Larry. We were on a short break up the coast and needed an a last minute dog sitter, Fluffy Paws came to the rescue. We are very happy with the service and will use Fluffy Paws again in the future.

There are only positive things to say about Lana. She takes great care of our GSD who absolutely loves her time there. Lana really cares and goes above and beyond for us. We have had negative experiences elsewhere and really appreciate that we know our puppy is safe and happy in her care. Piper is already looking forward to her next visit!

We have an 18 month old Dachshund who we have left with Lana on many occasions from day visits, to overnight stays and even up to 10 nights. He’s excited when we arrive at her house and always comes back happy and relaxed. Lana takes superb care of him and is great at sending photos and updates so we know how he’s getting on. Highly recommend Lana!

We had a fantastic experience with Fluffy Paws for our two dogs, Cyndi and Luana. We couldn't be happier with the care they received. The meet and greet before dropping off the dogs was great. Lana made us feel comfortable and reassured about leaving our pets in their care. Although Cyndi and Luana were initially shy, it didn't take long for them to warm up and start having fun. We appreciated the frequent updates, which kept us informed and eased our minds. It's clear that the team genuinely cares about the pets they look after. Lana has been a God send to us when it's was time to go back to work and our puppy just wasn't ready to not have constent attention I found Lana. Although she hadn't met a miniature bull terrier puppy before she did some research and fits us in for a meet and greet before accepting the challenge (Lana doesnt find him a challenge at all just a typical puppy go go go) Lana updates me during the day is amazingly flexible affordable and all round just lovely. I can go to work stress free leaving our pup with Lana knowing his safe, healthy and happy in her care.

Lana has been very helpful. Only one stay so far, but looks like our Pup had a good time. Lots of activity & attention.

Nicki is a great trainer and takes no nonsense from my pup. She is a great support, easy to talk to and truthful about issues I have with my pup. Nicki is a reservoir of knowledge about training and do care. She had my pup at her house for ‘boot camp’. A very dedicated person who I totally respect and trust with my pup. I consider Nicki my friend.

Nicole was amazing! She made such a difference for our 4-year-old cavoodle, who we got during COVID and had been struggling with separation anxiety. In just two days, we saw incredible progress. Her loving, calm approach worked wonders, and we're so grateful we chose to have her come to us. Definitely money well spent! 10/10 recommend!!!

Nicole is currently assisting my family with our new Labrador puppy. Her knowledge and skills with animals is unmatched. Nicole came to our home, provided training in very simple form so my 7 year old was able to fully understand. Nicole is always there when we text looking for support or answers on where to buy things for our pup. She ensures you don’t get overcharged and will always have time for you! We feel incredibly grateful to have found Nicole and cannot wait to watch the process for our pup to become accredited. If you need a dog trainer, look no further. 🤍

We contacted Nicole at a time of great distress and she went above and beyond to help our situation as well as provide priceless knowledge that we'll be implementing. She took time to ask us the right questions and get a true understanding of our situation. She also contacted us in between her clients, to seek updates from us, given our situation was time critical and with local council. Her level of care and understanding definitely helped us get a result we had hoped for. Will definitely be working with her in the future.

Nicole is very down to earth and made us feel at ease as we discussed our two dogs behaviour issues, her skills as a trainer are outstanding. After only an afternoon of training and assessing and advice about equipment and rewards for good behaviour we can now confidently take our dogs out in public and pass other dogs without incident and also recieved acknowledgement of their good behaviour from other dog owners. Thank you Nikki for all the valuable advice and training. The pay-off has been exponential.

Nicole is a great trainer. she has so much compassion for all animals including dogs. She has some wonderful ideas for training that really work. Both her group and Individual training methods are terrific. Even when I couldn't get to a training session Nicole helped me with some great tips over the phone to tide me over until our next session.

Nicole was extremely helpful with our 8 month old Malamute rescue. She has an absolute wealth of knowledge and provides positive and realistic behaviour training. I highly recommend Nicole's services for anyone who needs help training their dog.

Nicole has shown me the training methods required to curtail some very nasty behaviour being exhibited by my pug.I now feel more confident that I will eventually tame the savage beast lol.

We recently needed somewhere for our Golden to stay and booked rather last minute but Bronwyn was able to help out and was so quick to jump in and get a home for our pup. Our Golden stayed with Cathy and I could not thank her more for looking after our girl and keeping us updated with pictures on how she was going. We really felt like she was being loved and cared for whilst we couldn’t be here, THANK YOU!

I have used Holiday Heaven 4 Hounds multiple times over the past couple of years. Each time the carers have been amazing and loved our Cocker Spaniel Roxy like their own. Most recently, Roxy was minded by the lovely Cathy in Umina. We received lots of updates and photos over the few days so were reassured Roxy was in the safest of hands and truly having a holiday of her own while we were away. Will definitely be using this service again and again.

We recently started using Bronwyn's minding service as the usual service we had been using for years has restrictions on caring for senior dogs. After two separate stays with carers we only wish we had discovered Holiday Heaven 4 Hounds earlier. When looking for carers I found many either don't care for larger breeds or senior dogs but Bronwyn assured me she could find a suitable minder. I went for meet and greets with both minders, important for us, as our husky x belgian shepherd has separation anxiety. It takes slightly more organising than our usual pet resort, as we drop off food, lead, dog bags, etc. but the value is so much better. Both minders let our dog sleep where she liked, took her for walks, and provided many photos, and just generally provided a much higher level of care. Cathy, her most recent minder, went above and beyond sharing some wonderful meals with her after I accidentally forgot to bring her food. And above all else - our dog wasn't stressed when I dropped her off or picked her up, which for us is a big indicator of genuine caring minders :)

While we’d always prefer to holiday with our dog, we have used Holiday Heaven 4 Hounds a number of times when travelling overseas for holidays or interstate for work. We have had Bruce and Julie, and also Cathy look after our dog Bob and it’s been so reassuring to know he is in good hands. We get photo updates and really appreciate the care and attention Bob receives. I can’t recommend Holiday Heaven 4 Hounds enough and would also like to thank Bronwyn for matching Bob with such great people to take care of him, it gives us great piece of mind knowing he’s in such good hands while we are away.

i am so happy with the level of quality this boarding business gives , i love Bronwyn for matching my big dog manya up with the most wonderful minders Bruce and Julie , i would always board with them now , manya absoluely loves them , if she could talk i know she would be telling me that she wants to live with them instead of me , as i know she got to be on their bed , and she loves beds .. they take her out for walks and car rides every day , another of manyas favourite things to do , so thankyou so much Bronwyn , Bruce and Julie , love karen xxoo

Our dog, Gracie, has once again stayed with Cathy and had a fabulous time. Lots of walks and cuddles (judging by the updates). Gracie enjoys her time with Cathy and we can't thank her enough for taking wonderful care of Gracie, again. Greg and Georgie.

Bronwyn was so reassuring and patient with how anxious we were to leave our puppy with people we didn't know. She matched our puppy with a beautiful family who took Vada in as their own and spoilt her rotten. Cathy walked Vada daily, took her to the beach and sent updates of Vada, including photos and it was so comforting to know she was in good hands and in a similar environment to her own home. We will continue to use this as our preferred option for Vada when we are on family holidays.

What a fabulous service Bronwyn and her carers operate and provide! Myself and my dog Honey have been with the service for over 6 months and i use them regularly, the service is efficient, affordable and the carers are amazing. I was worried that Honey would experience separation anxiety but with the expertise and love of the carers she absolutely loves her stays and shows this by smiling and giving the carers a hug when she greets them and leaves. I never have to worry if i go away for extended periods because i know she is receiving the best care. I am so glad i started using them and do not know where i would be without them. Thanks so much!!!

We could not be more happy with Janarlee Lodge, picked our German Shepard this afternoon, he was so tired after playing most of the day with the other dogs, they showed us pictures and videos of him playing and also training, took him for a walk this afternoon and you can definitely see the results of his obedience training, we cannot speak highly enough of the staff, so caring especially Kellie who is amazing, you can tell she loves animals. We cannot speak highly enough, we would recommend Janarlee Lodge to anyone who wants their dog to be professionally looked after, we will definitely be taking Rusty back, so thankful we found it.

I can't praise Jannarlee Lodge enough. Our dog was initially nervous of other dogs, and hesitant to go. She now doesn't even say goodbye, she's so happy to be there. Love that we get a report card after every stay. Love that she can run around in big open spaces. It's the best!

Wednesday nights training have been fantastic. One tired puppy

Simply incredible! They looked after our 2 Pomeranians puppies for 3 weeks and they loved it. The care they provided was excellent

Our current and previous dogs have holidayed here over many years. It’s our first choice for short or long stays. They’ve got plenty of space for the dogs to run and a dam for them to swim and get muddy in. But they get a wash before pick up day. Our dogs vote with their paws, pulling on the lead to get in when we arrive to drop them off and they’re in no rush to leave if they’re playing with other dogs when we turn up to pick them up. They offer dog training and other services too.

My dog always comes back tired and happy! The staff are lovely and very knowledgeable.

Our puppy loved her boarding time here. We had daily photos via facebook and the adventures were different every day. Our puppy came back her usual perky self. The staff who work there were kind, thoughtful and knew our dog well.

I wish I could give Janarlee Lodge more stars. They’re so kind, empathetic and accommodating, the staff are always helpful and always have a smiles on their faces. Most importantly, our dogs are loved, cared for and always come home happy and tired. We couldn’t be happier with all the team here at Janarlee lodge. Thankyou so much for caring for our fur babies, Millie and Lola.

Highly recommend using dog minding central coast. I went away for the first time since adopting our little fur baby and wanted her to be looked after like we would at home. They ensure you are matched with the right minders and you do a meet and greet before deciding anything. When I met rach and her family I knew it was right for us and they would look after her while sending updates to us. While I was away I got regular updates, photographs and she was loved by the entire family. Best feeling not having to stress and getting photos and updates when you miss your fur baby. Our family has been so happy leaving our beautiful, energetic Labradoodle, Charlie with Lynne and Keith. They care deeply about the dogs in their care, and are always in close contact if need be. Tracey has walked Daisy, our Golden Retriever, several days a week since we got her as a puppy 10 years ago. Tracey looks after Daisy as if she were a part of her own family, she loves her, and cares for her as well as we do. I am able to work with peace of mind knowing our precious Daisy is completely safe and happy with Tracey, out having fun with her friends at the park or beach. I could not recommend Tracey and Petmates any more highly.

Tracey is reliable, trustworthy she takes very good care of our cat Bella when we go away. My cat is a rescue cat and he is very uneasy around anyone other than me. I was worried about who I could leave him with when I was away but I found Tracey and I've not had to worry since! He absolutely adores her, and he's very comfortable when she visits. Before enrolling our border collie puppy in the B&T program, we faced several challenges. She was easily distracted during walks, pulling on lead, lunging at traffic and barking at the vacuum. She also had separation anxiety, leading to destructive behavior when left alone. After the program, we’ve seen significant improvements. She now remains calm around the vacuum and settles quickly when left alone, reflecting her growing independence. While lead walking in various environments is still a work in progress, Georgia and her team provided us with a clear plan to continue her development confidently. Mignon also used to jump excitedly during greetings, but with the effective tips we received, she continues to learn to greet people politely. Overall, the program has made training more manageable and strengthened our bond with Mignon. We’re grateful for the positive changes and highly recommend Georgia and her team for their expertise and support. What I would caveat others is that this program will not change all the problems with your dog overnight but it does provide a good foundation for us to continue training and working with our dog.

I can't recommend KIP Lake Macquarie Dog Boarding and Training Campus enough! We sent our energetic terrier, Copper, there for 21 days when he was 8 months old, and it was the best decision we could have made for him. Before Copper went to KIP, he was a lively, curious puppy who struggled with focusing and was easily distracted by moving objects, people, and other dogs. However, after his time at KIP, the transformation was incredible. Copper is now much calmer during walks, can focus on us more, and is much better behaved when encountering other dogs. Copper clearly enjoyed his time at KIP — he even gained 0.7 kg in just 21 days, which shows that he was well-fed and had enough activity to keep him happy. From his excitement and reaction, we could tell he developed a strong bond with Amanda, and we are so grateful for the care and attention he received. Throughout our overseas trip, we received regular updates, including photos and emails from the team, which made our time away even sweeter. We are so grateful to Amanda for the ongoing support and for making the handover process smooth. Copper's progress continues, and he’s becoming an even better boy every day. We will definitely send him back in the future and highly recommend KIP Lake Macquarie to any friends or fellow dog owners who want the best care and training for their pups!

We sent my 6 month year old Cavoodle Mia to the board and train program for 3 weeks, and she has come back a total different puppy. From the initial contact regarding her stay and training was very helpful and fast in replying. All of the workers here were always so friendly and happy to help. Her Trainer Amanda, spent lots of time with Mia and changed her persistent ways. Mia has learnt so much with Amanda and was very excited to see her at the refresher/update we just had. We can’t thank Amanda enough and everyone else at Kip that helped our little Mia reach the potential she has in her. We will not be hesitating is sending Mia back there for boarding when needed and refresher training course down the track.

Couldn’t recommend Kip at Lake Macquarie more. We went with a very stubborn and anxious Rottweiler and came home with our boy knowing so many new skills and how to react when in an anxious environment. Georgia sent updates throughout and spent time teaching us how to continue using the skills in the home environment to ensure future training and longevity is possible. Ned loved his stay and everyone there and we are glad our boof was loved as much as we love him. Thank you guys, we are so appreciative of you 💖

Prior to her training at Kip Lake Macquarie our Labrador 'Daisy' was very difficult to take outside of our yard. She was very reactive to other dogs and people, pulled hard on the lead all the time and was difficult to get in and out of the car. At home she was reactive to the doorbell ringing and would bark and then jump on people when they arrived. We booked her in for training after reading so many positive Google reviews about Kip Lake Macquarie. We knew we would miss her while she was away but we thought it would be worth it to have our four legged family member learn how to navigate these situations, so that we could take her out more often without it being a stressful experience for us and for Daisy. We met Georgia when we dropped Daisy off and we immediately knew we had made the right decision. Georgia listened to our issues and what we hoped we could get out of Daisy's training. Georgia reassured us these were all common issues (especially with Labradors) and that she would put a plan in place to work through them. Throughout Daisy's stay we would get email updates with photo's and video's showing us Daisy's progress, we certainly looked forward to these emails! When it was time to pick her up we met again with Georgia who explained what she had been working on with Daisy and also what we needed to do to embed her new learnings. She then gave us a demonstration of Daisy's new behaviors, then both Jayne and I took turns leading Daisy and practicing her new commands. Walking Daisy on a loose lead was certainly a new and pleasant experience for us! Since we have brought her home we have continued to be consistent with the techniques Georgia taught Daisy and showed us. We are truly amazed at the progress that was made and also that we have been able to continue to get the same results at home. We can't recommend Kip training highly enough, the results have exceeded our expectations. Great place and staff. I have 3 working border collies who are not interested in other dogs, my dogs were safe & happy. They accommodated all my requests and sent through heaps of videos & photos & they looked happy and fulfilled in them. The staff were amazing with all 3 of my dogs especially as one can be a bit suspicious of strangers. Highly recommend

I highly recommend Kip Lake Macquarie! My two staffies are always well looked after and cared for and they love Kip. Our dog's trainer was fantastic and we are so happy with our dog's progress. Hunter was a complete handfull. He jumped and pulled on lead, barked at the door and the neighbours and other dogs. KIP Macquarie did an amazing job with him as you can see from the Video on you tube. They gave me the dad a comprehensive handover and we have been practicing his training at home. Which has been challenging because he has two older brothers. Next time I think I will go in for the 3 weeks Board and Train program. Highly recommend the training provided by this amazing team of trainers.

I absolutely love Kip Lake Macquarie and wouldn't take Ninja anywhere else. The staff are extremely professional, friendly and very caring. I love receiving the morning videos which reassures me that Ninja is relaxed and enjoying his stay. What I love the most is the little outdoor area he has access to from his cat enclosure. It enables him to enjoy the outdoors but safely.
