We are so pleased Viv and Graham came to look after our cat Roxy. She is a shy cat who often keeps her distance from visitors but they bonded with her quickly and she gave them lots of cuddles. They were obviously very natural with cats. Viv also sent us regular updates with photos which helped us relax about leaving her. They took great care of our house, fed the geese, fish and birds, and watered all the plants. The house was spotless when we returned and there were even some lovely treats left for us. Thank you so much Viv and Graham. You were wonderful house sitters and we hope you can come again sometime. And so does Roxy!
Shalini's 2-week sit for me was my first experience with T.H.S., and she made it amazing. My young chocolate Labrador absolutely *loved* her (and tried to leave with her when the sit was over)! My house was spotless when I came home, and I really felt that my space was respected and cared for so well while I was gone. Shalini was extremely reliable, organized, and communicative in the weeks leading up to the sit and just enough while I was away that I was able to truly enjoy my vacation without worrying about my pup or my home. I would love to have her back if the stars align again, and I absolutely recommend her for other sits. Marsha’s home is truly lovely. The swamp is magical, the singing frogs, the gentle water, the bats swooping overhead. If you’d like an abundance of nature, this is the spot for you! The dirt roads in the neighborhood are difficult but passable, I know, I did it during Tropical Storm Debby! Cooper is a gem of a dog and we enjoyed his company. Maisie is a character with a huge personality. Tali is sweet and gentle, but worth it when she warms up to you. I really enjoyed my time there.
