Loki is a great dog and was super easy to take care of. He is very well behaved and listens to commands. Though he is leash reactive, this is easy to manage by keeping distance and distracting him.

The house is great and has an incredible view across the bay to San Francisco. The location was convenient and made for easy access to Oakland. Suzanne's house is super comfortable and she made sure to provide all the amenities I would need. Her dog walker was also very nice and took Loki for long walks on the weekdays while I was working. Suzanne also had her housekeeper come the day before I left which made tidying up a breeze.

Thank you so much Suzanne! I look forward to staying at your house again.

Bailey & Lucy were the BEST little duo! I watched them for 2 weeks and I already miss them. They are so funny, loving, and adventurous. They are great on walks and in the car (Bailey need shot gun lol). Lucy has to let the squirrels know who’s boss when in the back yard and can jump surprisingly high! Be prepared for lots of kisses, cuddles while watching tv (in the awesome basement movie room), and some barks at anyone who approaches the front door, guard dog style😎The garden and plants are really easy to keep up with too! Overall a great family, pups, and beautiful house!!

I had a great stay at Allie and John's house and would definitely come back again!

Nova was so much fun to walk and listens better than any dog I have ever met. She was so easy off leash running around Good Dog trail area every day. She LOVES other dogs and played well at all the different dog parks I took her to each day. She's high energy and you will be much happier if you take her out a lot get her tired out, which I'd hope you do anyways, because being outside is the best!

The cats Finn and Julip were loving and super easy. Finn will curl up on you wherever you are and keep your lap nice and warm. Julip will let you know when its time for more food 🤣

Their home is modern, simple and highly functional (smart lights and such). They've got a great kitchen for cooking with all the amenities you could want.

Great location, great pets, great house......a win all around!

Dana
Taking care of Dana's girls and home was truly a pleasure! Dana is a great communicator, very kind, and is clear with care directions for her dogs making my stay an enjoyable experience. Both Luna and Sierra are very well trained, obey commands and walk very well. They are also very sweet, affectionate, and some of the best dogs I have truly every had the pleasure to sit for. Dana's home is also a tranquil experience. It is located just steps away from many amenities, in a safe neighbourhood and is a beautiful area to walk. Her home was very clean and tidy and using the home gym/spa facilities was definitely a bonus to this experience. I would defiantly recommend sitting for Dana, Luna and Sierra if you have the opportunity in the future and hope to return back!

Katie
Katie and John are amazing, generous and thoughtful hosts. They picked us up from the airport, drove us around New Orleans, showing us different areas as well as taking us grocery shopping so we could get stocked up. They invited us to stay before and after the sit in the separate apartment in their home, so we had time to get acquainted with them and their cats, which was bonus!

They live in a quiet and safe area near the Lake and the University. It’s easy to reach the downtown by Lyft (10 mins) or if you want to take a bus, the stop is a 5 minute walk away. The grocery store at a nearby plaza is a 10 minute walk. Their home is modern, very clean, spacious and has all the comforts of home.

Their three cats were easy to look after and each unique in character. Baby is a gentle, super sweet affectionate cat who loves to cuddle, and will spend lots of time by your side or on your lap. She really enjoys her treat toss game and you will too. Milo and Mewler are independent, cool cats who like to be outdoors, coming in for meals, saying hello, having naps and then meandering back outdoors. They were a pleasure to spend time with.

From the start we felt that Katie and John wanted us to get the most from our stay in New Orleans and we certainly did. They provided suggestions for restaurants, places to go and things to do in the city and explained how to use the transit system. They really stand out as hosts and you would be lucky to get invited to cat and housesit for them!!!

Martha
We had a wonderful time here. And we loved taking care of Chica! She is calm, quiet, and quite nice to be around. The home is cute and filled with art, not to mention surrounded by peaceful nature on all sides.

Martha was super kind and allowed us to stay with her a few extra days while we awaited another house sit nearby. Great location, great doggy, and great host!
