At my arrival Leah send me a car for picking me up at the train station, (because of her broken leg, she couldn't do it herself) showed me around and we had diner together. This Sit was and still is wonderful. Simba, the cat is such a sweetheart, at the beginning she was very shy and fearful. The flat is in a beautiful position and the view, (it’s a million Dollar view) and Leah is such a lovely and generous woman. Leah couldn't go to the hospital until later, so I was able to spend 10 days with her. This allowed me to get to know Leah better and she spoiled me a lot. Due to the late entry into the hospital, I am now here longer. Unfortunately I have to go to another sit before Leah gets home. But after that sit I'll come back to be with Simba again, if needed. Leah's instructions and introductions for the stay were well organised and clear. She was super easy to communicate with before and during the sit. And also super sweet is her lovely cat Simba, we became good friends and enjoyed most of the time together. Simba is so heartwarming and cute. Most of the time she lies snuggled up against me on the sofa. I really enjoy this time with Simba. I also loved my many hikes along the coast or explore old towns around here. The house was clean and comfortable, I immediately felt at home. I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely well equipped flat and caring for Simba. It was a pleasure to be there. I highly recommend this sit. Thank you Leah for choosing me. I’m grateful for your trust and this wonderful time in San Martin Roquebrune.

I really appreciated my time here in Chelsea. There were so many pluses to this sit! The apartment is very well located, sandwiched directly between two key metro lines. Kallistra was really kind, down-to-earth, and accommodating. She was absolutely heroic in permitting me to coordinate sending three small packages to her home ahead of my arrival for upcoming travel. She was very responsive before and during the sit, which was lovely. She was also very considerate, offering to let me contact her if needed, which was very helpful. With the upmost gentility and respect, the only downside was that I had to spend my first few hours cleaning and clearing the spaces. Indeed, a fresh towel set with bedsheets was provided, with many gracious thanks to Kallistra! In retrospect, it surely must have just been a matter of time constraints and different perspectives on preparing for a home visitor. However, this was the first time I felt compelled to wash up and disinfect the countertops, sinks, bathroom, rugs, and floors upon entry for a kitty-sitting gig. I am not sure what THS' host regulations are regarding preparing a home for a sitter, so it's just to gently be aware of. And again, the place was neatly arranged for my arrival, just not cleaned. Everything else was absolutely perfect, though. And Boy was an entertaining pleasure to care for during my stay. He is VERY, VERY, VERY playful—probably the most playful of the kitties I have cared for through the app thus far. He has this adorable personality where, like a puppy, he drops to the floor the moment you touch his nose and then rolls around like a horse in the meadows wherever he drops. Agghhhhh! Just to melt for! Taking his cue, it’s easy to tell when he wants his beloved belly rubs. And he is 100% always up for playing with his toys. It can’t get much cuter than that.
Cheryl, George, Monty & Molly were wonderful hosts, very welcoming and thoughtful. We completely bonded with both Molly & Monty, the hikes were such fun with them, well behaved and fun!

Lyndsay is fantastic. I would highly recommend her. She has been looking after my Cats before she started her business. I trust her 100%. She was almost as sad as me when my cats sadly died and was excited to meet my little adoptee. She takes exceptional care of her, grooming and playing with her - and that all important feeding! I love the photos she sends through, always reassuring me that all is well. Crumble is always happy to see me when I get back but I know she’s in safe hands with Lyndsay. It makes going away possible as I know Crumble will get as much love and attention as I would give her were I there!
As a first time "puppy mummy", its quite daunting leaving your little fur baby with anyone else but having used Safe Hanns on many occasions over the last year, i will never use anyone else! Lyndsay and family are fantastic with our Labrador, Georgie and my mind is completely at ease when we go anywhere and cant take the pup. Lindsay is an absolute god send ! We first started using Lindsay when I was heavily pregnant and my partner was working away . From the start my dog (reactive) took to her extremely well . She took all of our worries on board and now buddy is absolutely loving his 2 weekly walks . He waits at the door on the days she is due . We have pictures sent of him when they go for walks and always have a debrief of how he was on his walk . She always goes above and beyond her dog walking duties and has become a lovely friend xx

Lyndsay is incredibly professional and great with our dogs who each have their own quirks - one who doesn't like other dogs and one who chases after runners & bikes!! They love her & I always know that when she's out with them she gives them the utmost care. Regular updates via WhatsApp and helpful tips about how to stop our BFG from pulling you over! Lily & Rosco say they loved Paws and Klaws when they rented out a field they had so so much fun esp Lily as she cannot be let off as her recall is so bad so she made the most of every second! Lily and Rosco absolutely recommend it as it’s enclosed and safe with fabric up so the dogs can’t see anything through the fence it has lots of agility equipment in it and water bowl and lots of tennis balls to chase they can’t plant it and will be returning as soon as possible they are both tired out and sleeping! (COLLIES)
If would come every day if I could ! Absolutely fantastic !!! I cannot recommend enough! I hired the pool and it was incredible. Spare towels, plenty of balls, shelter if needed, a net to get toys out of the water, a ladder for accessibility for humans and even doggy planks for them to get out of the water! Amazing quality for price ! We brought our 5 dogs for £20 and a 50 minute session. Alex was incredibly helpful too so thank you very much!! I’ve booked for next month already!
Though it’s been over a year, I still feel strongly about what happened during my dog’s stay, so I wanted to share my experience. I had booked my Giant Schnauzer into Paws and Claws for a three-week stay while I was due to travel to Australia. After just one day, however, I received a call from the kennel informing me that my dog had bitten a staff member’s finger, and they insisted I collect him immediately despite my travel plans. Their website promises that pets will be 'cuddled, stroked, warm, loved, played with, and kept in utmost comfort throughout their stay,' but in my case, it seemed they were unprepared to handle a breed like a Giant Schnauzer. My dog has a protective nature and can be anxious around unfamiliar people. I believe that, due to this lack of understanding, a staff member was bitten while trying to photograph him. If you have a dog with an anxious or protective temperament, I recommend seeking a kennel with experience handling similar breeds. This experience was both stressful and disappointing, and I would advise others to be cautious if they own dogs with similar needs.
Booked to use the secure field so my younger pup could have some off lead fun with my older dog. Great facilities, dogs had a blast and loved all the agility equipment.
Amazing place for you dog, we used their day care when we travelled to Yeovil, and we were welcome very warmly! It was a first for Snow, and she did not want to go back home! Very highly recommended!
Took my boy, and my friends dog to paws n klaws today, my first time not theirs. We had an absolute blast. The staff were so beyond kind and helpful. The dogs had the beat time and so did we the pool was the perfect temp aswell during the heat. We can't wait to come back 🙌 …

Hayley and her team have been amazing with our reactive Rottweiler Bella. They've really taken their time with her to help build some trust. They completely understood how stressed Bella gets meeting new people and dogs and have done everything to help her overcome her fears. It's still early days but we're taking Bella to day care at Dog Luv one day every month in the hope to build her confidence. So far she's doing really well and it's all thanks to the great team who truly luv dogs. Thanks all.

I can not recommend Dog Luv kennels highly enough. The owners and all of the staff are absolutely incredible, they are all so caring and they get to know the dogs and care for them as if they were their own. The kennels are always spotless and the facilities are fantastic with lots of space for the dogs to run around. You can rest assured that with Dog Luv, you are leaving your dog in a very safe, caring and happy environment, we would never take our dog anywhere else

Unfortunately didn't like the service as the staff can't take a dog from the space where they sleep to area where they play without moaning. If your dog doesn't behave like a robot, they don't want it, honestly.
I picked up my chihuahua mix a couple hours ago, i had to leave her there for about 20 days. I cannot explain how happy i am with Hayley’s services. My dog came home clean, as well as her harness and beddings. She looked very comfortable and relaxed as we were picking her up which is really uncommon as my dog is quite snappy, anxious and aggressive towards strangers. Communication was amazing. While i was gone i received many pictures and videos of the dog, as well as frequent updates on how she is doing. Hayley doesn’t only tells you the things you’d like to hear, she is very honest and truthful, she’s also providing solutions to any occurring issues. Safe to say, i would a 100% recommend, they’re the best for a reason and i’d happily give a higher rating if i could. My dog is going to miss being around her.
We boarded our dog here for one day whilst on holiday. Our girl isn't very good around other dogs but as soon as the lady took control of her she settled immediately, even though there were other dogs around. I was very happy to leave her, her handler appeared very competent and Ruby looked really comfortable with her. Excellent care and service and great value (£12.50 for the day!) Highly recommended.
Great experience. Oscar’s first time in kennels, (at nine and a half), & we couldn’t help but worry. But there was no need. The people were lovely & Oscar came back happy. It was a real bonus seeing Oscar running around on Facebook while we were away. No hesitation in recommending.

Our cat had just come out of "hospital" due to a mystery illness and we were on the verge of cancelling our holiday, but Nessa persuaded us that she was willing to look after him, despite his somewhat frail condition. She really went above and beyond expectations: daily updates, visits to the vet when she wasn't happy with him and so much love and care provided. It's clear that Nessa is a real cat person and I cannot find the words to describe quite how good this cattery is, there just aren't enough stars...
Nessa is amazing, totally loves cats and I felt completely happy leaving my cat with her for a week. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to look after him and I think he had a lovely time! I was kept updated throughout with messages and pictures. Will definitely use again if needed, thanks again so much!

They really do go above and beyond to provide the service you wish for, from food type and meal times, to bedding preferences and grooming. Superb place - my Cat very happy here and settled well and she is a "skitty" cat by nature - the fact that she was very relaxed when I collected her means she was exceptionally well cared for during her say. Could not have wished for a better hotel for Sapphire. Didn’t know how she would settle. As this was the first time she’d been away. Sapphire being from Yeovil Cats Protection, hadn’t had the best of starts in life. She scares easily and shy. But I needn’t have worried. She settled in well. I was kept posted with updates of her on Facebook with pictures and videos. Loving her daily brush routines etc. Will be definitely using Happy Tails again. Sapphire is now settling back in to home life with having a nap in my chair.

Jan is amazing. I travel from South Devon to leave my dogs with Jan she is so good. I have known her almost 20 years and she has looked after all the dogs I have had in that time - including elderly rescues. I wouldn't go any where else- she is amazing with all dogs and trustworthy - so worth the extra drive to know I will collect a happy, well cared for dog who loves it so much there they don't always want to come home.
We have used Jan at Langport for more than 10 years as we hated putting our Basset Hounds in kennels. She has a several acre field right next to the house where they are exercised frequently. In addition she takes them out for a proper walk each day.All the dogs of every breed sleep in her house and they all seem to love it. She is also very knowledgeable about dogs, horses and other pets. I think she has also just been awarded 5 stars by Defra. When one of our Bassets was ill she actually slept downstairs with her: an amazingly dedicated and kind lady.
Jan is excellent with our dogs. They are always happy there and sadly I feel at times they dont want to come home!
My dog goes here and he always comes home tired. And Jan is a nutter, she will walk the dogs come rain or shine
