Firstly a BIG thank you to Louise & George for making us so welcome, the evening meal was delicious. The house is beautiful set in an ideal position for those who love the countryside, wildlife and not being on the doorstep of others. An ideal place for us. Loved it. Enjoyed the area and travelled the coastline up to Inverness, some spectacular coves. Bobby (the cat) was a delight, she soon had us wrapped around her little paws 🐾 Would high recommend a sit here, disappointed we are already booked for the next available dates.
I enjoyed working with Jenn and her witty description of Zoe. Zoe connected with me easily and was cute in all ways. I found the information Jenn gave to be sufficiently detailed and well-organized. The good level of detail and strong organization were evident throughout her home and my time there. It was easy to communicate. Her home was tidy, well kept, artistically well decorated, and made for a lovely ambiance. The location was terrific and I appreciate Jenn's hospitality. The dedicated parking was a nice touch and I had an easy and convenient stay.
Tiffany's apartment was bright and comfy. The apt. complex ammenities were also great (Nice game room/lounge/workout room/pool) and close to tons of food options and stores. Plus Portland was right across the river. Benny was a very easy kitty to care for; in spite of my attempts to engage and play with with her, she mostly kept to herself throughout the stay.
We had an awesome sit here! Bobby and Stark are lovely dogs and gave great cuddles which was so nice. Bobby cried a wee bit on the first night but he was fine after we checked him - otherwise the dogs behaviour was awesome and they were really well behaved. Daniel had great communication and was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. He was super hospitable and showed us the local walk they do and where to go as well as running us through the dogs routine. He also gave us some amazing recommendations for food places and things to do in Bristol which we enjoyed. The location is great, it’s not too inexpensive to Uber into central Bristol, which we mainly did or walked, otherwise there’s a bus stop super close by. All in all, a great house sit and would recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Max and Eugene. Julie was a great host and everything ran smoothly.
What a great sit in Waxhaw. I've been to Charlotte many times but not to this suburban area. I enjoyed the historic town, the nearby shopping for anything you'd need, the greenway walk, and the beautiful neighborhood. The house is wonderful and very convenient with a bedroom on the main floor, and a well-equipped kitchen for the cooking-lover in me. The dogs were so well-behaved and lovable. They were quick to trust me and easy to walk since they are so synced to each other. We bonded well and they are really fun dogs that like games and messing around, or just napping at my feet while I worked.
