Alma was great with our cat while we were away for 2 weeks, helped keep our tomato plants and garden alive during some heat waves, and left the house very clean (and even helped organize our linen cabinet, clean the fridge, floors/kitchen surfaces, etc!). We greatly appreciated her help during our first road trip with our newborn and while we are transitioning between homes/moving soon, she was very understanding of our busy schedule and any small things we couldn't get to before we left. She sent video updates of our cat and we could tell our cat loved having the companionship! She was even able to get some cuddles and belly pets from our otherwise independent cat 😀 we wouldn't hesitate to have Alma stay again!
Kristen and Christian were great sitters while we were away for two weeks at the end of the summer. They arrived on time and were kind and self sufficient once they arrived. We were without wifi for a bit during our time away (international trip and hiking) and had complete confidence that our two kitties were well cared for in our absence. I had the pleasure of staying at Alexis and Mark's stunning South Loop condo, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Communication with them was seamless from start to finish, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Their apartment is beautifully located, just a short walk from three major subway lines (Red, Green, and Orange) and surrounded by a variety of grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Scenic parks and riverfront walks are just 10 minutes away on foot, and the downtown area is a comfortable 30-minute walk or a quick 15-minute transit ride. The condo itself is one of the most beautifully designed spaces I've ever seen—organized, stylishly decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could need, including a gym in the building. Shakey and Muffin were absolutely delightful companions. They are incredibly cute and easygoing, happy to watch TV with you or relax on their cat tree. Alexis and Mark left a helpful guide with all the necessary information about the cats (feeding schedule, litter cleaning instructions, emergency contacts) and the apartment, which made everything straightforward. This stay exceeded my expectations in every way. I am immensely grateful to Alexis and Mark for giving me the opportunity to explore Chicago while enjoying the company of Shakey and Muffin, who I already miss dearly. A few days before Christmas and they had room. Remembered our dog's name just based on the e-mail request I sent. Quick to respond. Let my daughters walk little Peanut to her kennel and put her inside. We always bring a towel or blanket from home for her to sleep on and it's never a problem. Always put our dog in 1 of the 1st 2 or 3 kennels so she can still see us from the parking lot. It's like she has a reserved spot when we board her.
Best Kennel in Sacramento Area. We are traveling across the country in our RV and needed to fly back to NY. We were so stressed about boarding our furry daughter Bella for 5 days! We called to check on Bella and the staff and Deena the owner spoke with us and sent us a picture of Bella in her kennel. When we picked Bella up it was obvious they spent some time with Bella and gave her some loving. Bella got 2 walks a day. A drizzle of Olive oil on her food and a few good belly rubs. A good price, but we housed 3 dogs in one kennel together and the cost was all the same. Walks were an extra fee as well. Overall they were very responsive and dogs had no issues.
Had a great experience here boarding my puppy for two days. They kept me updated with photos whenever I asked. Staff was very friendly and sweet wuth Cassian. I would highly recommend Arrpwpoint!
We boarded our bunny here and Deena was wonderful with her! It was out first time boarding her and we were nervous on how she would do. Deena went above and beyond to make Ruthie comfortable. She was flexible on dates and time for pick up. We will absolutely use Arrowpoint again!

Very happy with their boarding of our cat. The owner/staff were very friendly and professional. And our cat was clearly treated well...even had an opportunity to roam around the cat room for exercise each day. Definitely recommend for cat boarding!
Very friendly staff & excellent service! My dogs are happy to go to Arrowpoint Kennels & happy when they come home... I had tried another kennel on road 98 prior to finding arrow ArrowPoint and the second time I took my dogs there they were scared to get out of the car and didn't want to stay there (not to mention, they did not look happy when I picked them up) besides the place is all run down and shabby looking. But that is definitely not the case with arrow ArrowPoint! I highly recommend ArrowPoint Kennels if you want your fur babies well taken care of! 🐕🐕
