Just loved watching Gus! Cecile is a pleasure to communicate with, her warm welcome and appreciative attitude made this sit extra wonderful :) Gus is a very sweet guy who just loves to relax by your side all day long. He’s great company :) Loved being able to confer with his walker Michelle, she’s a Gus expert and her wisdom in caring for him was so helpful. The home was chic, clean, spacious, and overall even more beautiful than expected. Hope to be back real soon!
Pepe is an agreeable, lovable guy with lots of energy. He’s an enthusiastic and cooperative walker, good on a leash (a bit distracted by lizards—but so am I). On one of our morning walks, he got a compliment on his posture! He enjoys his treats, being brushed, taking a drive, and of course relaxing. He’s easy and affectionate. Two of my favorite things about Pepe: he does not look longingly at my food; and he loves his crate, happily trotting off to bed and settling in easily. Rick and Carol made a lovely dinner the night I arrived and took me along on Pepe’s favorite neighborhood walks. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and cheerful. It’s great for biking and hiking (there’s both a lake and a mountain nearby). The home guide and communication before and during the sit were exemplary. Rick and Carol's house is beautiful and comfortable with a wonderful kitchen and a gorgeous yard, and I had plenty of space. I highly recommend this sit.
As I have often said, meeting lovely people & spending time with gorgeous pets, is one of the joys of being a member of THSitters. I loved this pet sit & would happily sit again. Donna & Gavin were warm & welcoming. And wee Pippi was pure delight. She loved her walks & playing retrieve & cuddles & massages. An afternoon nap either me too. Sara has a warm and cozy home in a close, friendly rural neighborhood of Enumclaw. There are many great restaurants and cafes close by to enjoy. On sunny days the majestic ever present Mt.Rainer will inspire you to explore the many parks and hiking trails near by. Upon arrival we were greeted by Sara and her inquisitive, loving cat Joy🐾. She is easy to look after and loves to chase after her feather and laser toy. Clark Kent was staying at a friend’s so we never got to meet. This was a great sit and highly recommend it. I had such a lovely time at Amy's house looking after Gus - he is unlike any cat I've ever met! Completely human like and so happy to keep you company. The apartment is gorgeous & in a really great location between North and East London's best spots. Amy was so welcoming and easy to keep in touch with!
Janjarang and Christoph are a friendly, nice, easygoing, fully reliable couple. We had to clear a question while I was petsitting: the two are such good and helpful teamplayers. Thumbs up. Beforehand I got all the informations and the planning was smooth. Summer is a lovely sweet cat. She is the one who decides, how close she wants to be with humans - and thats fine. She loved playing a lot. Her communication was also superclear :-). I knew when she wants to go out, to come in...when she prefers wet or rather dry food. The flat is cosy and nice, very quiet considering it being in a City like Zürich. Janjarang left addresses for restaurants and Coffeeshops: go for it. Yummy.
