Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with. When we came back, our home was perfectly tidy and clean, and our cats were relaxed. Andrew was independent and a great communicator. He sent us a few pictures of our pets that made us smile during our trip :) We would love to have him back!

I would happily recommend Phoebe and Emerson to anyone needing a sitter. They were friendly, responsive and cared for our home and animals wonderfully. We had an issue with our shower whilst we were away and they were so patient whilst we got it fixed, which were really grateful for.

Bessie and her mother have taken very good care of marta and sofia, they have been sending pictures all the time and responding very quickly when we needed to know about our animals. The cleanliness has not been as expected compared to how we delivered the house.

Kristin was an amazing sitter. This is the 2nd time she sat for my 2 kitties and I could not recommend her enough. She was very communicative before, during and after the sit. She sent daily pictures and videos which allowed me to enjoy my time away. The apartment was left in immaculate shape. I could tell that she treated my pets and my home with great respect. My kitties and I would love to have her back to sit in the future.

Aurelie was a great sitter for Indy and my house! She arrived the night before I left early in the morning and sent me updates during the week. When Indy started limping, she was caring, washed his paws, and took him to the vet for checkup. In the end, Indy was fine and the house was left in clean conditions. She even wrote up a schedule for Indy and left it on the refrigerator which the next sitters benefitted from. Highly recommend Aurelie to sit for your pups!

Barbara was an excellent pet and house sitter. She was reliable and pleasant. She left my home in good condition.

Tor was an absolutely fantastic sitter for our two large, energetic dogs. Communication was smooth and easy, Tor was proactive and self-sufficient, and we heard repeatedly from our neighbors how much the dogs had bonded with Tor. Additionally, Tor was flexible about arrival and departure times - and left the apartment completely spotless. Would recommend Tor for all of your sitting and pet care needs with zero hesitation!

We were so happy to have Stella as our sitter! She was absolutely perfect! Kept the pets happy (including the chickens), sent us videos, pictures and reports and kept the house clean and tidy. She treated the pets lovingly, was sensitive and attentive to their needs and communicated with us before and during her stay in a friendly and efficient way. We were so lucky to have her as a sitter!

Jaimie was great to work with, reliable, pleasant and well organized. Our dogs had the best week as Carly, her year old dog also came and the 3 dogs played nonstop. I think they were disappointed when we came home.

Once again Elissa was a great sitter for Meg Ryan and an excellent caretaker of my apartment while I was away. I really enjoy having her and hope to continue connecting with her again on future dates!

We recently had Pascale stay at our home for four nights to take care of our pup, Denali. From the outset, Pascale was kind and it was evident that she genuinely cares for animals, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. However, there were a few challenges during her stay that prevent us from giving a full five-star rating. Firstly, we had some communication issues before the start of her stay regarding arrival and departure times. Despite originally saying she could take Denali out before heading to evening events on her arrival day, she later told us that she could no longer do so at the last minute. Pascale also informed us of a departure change right before we left, which left us scrambling to make alternative arrangements on short notice. Second, she lost our house keys during her time with us, necessitating getting her access to another set (fortunately, the lost set got turned into our super). Third, there was an instance where Denali was left alone for over 10 hours, despite a previous explicit discussion about the appropriate length of time away from Denali, where we had indicated 8 hours was the limit to ensure no accidents. While Pascale’s kindness and love for Denali are commendable, these issues highlighted some areas where communication and reliability could be improved. We appreciate her efforts and care for our dog, but future pet owners might want to discuss these aspects to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
