Boz & Artie are the cutest cats on earth <3 Would love sit them again!! Nina’s place was also so welcoming & homey. I had the best time :) Thank you again!
Bertie and Emma are the best owner that I’ve ever meet, I feel so grateful for having been part of their family especially with Snipy and Sassy, two wonderful cats that made me feel so happy. Thank you guys for that beautiful experience.
Ann and Doug are the sweetest!! They made sure that we were comfortable and treated my husband and me so kindly. We felt right at home. They live in a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Their home is beautiful and well taken care of. We were content to be home with all the pets to enjoy the fantastic marshland view. The dogs, Kaya, Albert & Ollie, are so well-behaved, and they love their daily walks! The dogs make the best company, especially at the beach, and are great being off the leash! The magic word is "treat." Their two cats, Piper and Lucy, always come up out of the blue when you least expect it, LOL. All the pets show how much they are loved. We enjoyed the whole experience! We look forward to helping again!
I had a lovely week at Shauna and Jonas' place. They're a very friendly and down-to-earth couple, and made me feel so comfortable and welcome in their cozy home. The area is suburban, but extremely well served by buses and within a pleasant, peaceful walk to most things you'll want or need. Ollie is an experience, to say the least. When I say he's vocal, I don't mean he meows a lot. This cat has an entire repertoire of sounds and even voices that will have you in stitches. There were times I thought he was the door chime and even a woman speaking over the intercom!! He loves to nap, eat, and do zoomies, will follow you around and approach you for nuzzles and chin scratches. His feeding and litter routines are very simple. Thanks so much for having me!
This was a highly enjoyable and relaxing housesit in the quaint London village of Cheam with the charming feline trio Feargal, Noodle and Margo. Interestingly, I had spoken with Kirsten and Sarah about a housesit early in the pandemic, and they had seemed exceptionally friendly and well-organized at the time. However, that sit did not come to pass due to covid complications. This second attempt however worked out well, and my initial impressions proved correct. Communications were always convivial and welcoming and everything was impressively well-organized with clear instructions. Funnily, and unfotunately, we did not meet in person at all but I felt like we had due to the ease of the experience. Guest accommodations were comfortable and I felt right at home in this soothing, relaxing home that has a country cottage vibe complete with a lush garden out back. Kirsten and Sarah even thoughtfully left various goodies which were much appreciated. The main stars however were Feargal, Noodle, and Margo. These are three individual felines who cohabit peacefully in their spacious abode. They each warmed up at their own pace but quickly became accustomed to and friendly with their temporary caretaker. The trio had many endearing habits, including the team effort of escorting (herding?) me downstairs for (their) breakfast. I could go on but suffice to say this was a highly positive experience all round and I give a strong recommendation to the entire household.
Looking after Miriam and John's house and pets was one of my most favorite sits to date. The house is very comfortable and its downtown Hillsborough location allowed for pretty walks around town. Orion is an affectionate outdoor cat and we warmed up to each other instantly and had a lot of cuddle time. Moses went missing for a period during my stay, but he eventually showed up and then we got along famously. The hens weren't laying at this time, and the fish was easy of course. Both Miriam and John are extremely generous people with warm demeanors and I felt very welcomed indeed. Overall, I would highly recommend this sit!!
