Best place ever. I have tried other places but since 3 years ago I only use them to leave my doggies while I'm on vacation. I always go happy and calm knowing that my dogs are in good hands. They always send me videos and updates. They are awesome and not crazy expensive at all
I truly love the staff here. They have been extremely caring since we moved here from out of state looking for fur baby care. They do not provide 24/7 cams, but you do receive a video and report card every time your child is in daycare. I love it… and my Elvis has the best time.
Pawtown made boarding my dogs for the first time an easy and comfortable experience! The facility is so clean and the safe was kind! Loved getting updates about my dogs while away, it helped us relax knowing they were in good hands!
This is a really great place to bring your dog. The staff here is top notch. The staff is really friendly and do an excellent job of taking care of the dogs. They treat each dog as if it were their own. Our dog loves coming here and I would recommend Pawtown to any dog owner looking for daycare, boarding, or grooming services in the area. The location is also very convenient.
I cannot say enough great things about Pawtown and their doggy day camp! They are professional, organized and have such a love for dogs of all needs. My pup, Otis, had major eating problems at his previous daycare: he would eat collars, rope toys, and leashes. I explained to Pawtown my concerns and they assured me it wouldn’t be a problem.…. and they were right!! In the 9 months he attended weekly day camp, Otis NEVER ate a single thing and he had an absolute blast. I love that they send videos of the pups playing too! A month ago, my Otis passed away (NOT at Pawtown) suddenly and unexpectedly at not quite 2 years old. Not only was the Pawtown staff devastated, they were willing to work with us on the day camp package we still had. It was about my Otis, not the money, and that meant everything to me. It really showed the integrity and values of the business. Thank you Pawtown for being a safe and fun place for my Otis to play when he was here!
I am in awe of the staff at Pawtown. I lost power for 5 days during the recent hurricane and called them last minute to see if I could board my cat for a couple of days and they made the process so easy. The moment I walked through the door, I felt incredibly comfortable leaving Kitty in their care. The staff there is so kind and accommodating. To me, the best thing about this facility and the staff is that they take time with each animal to send videos and updates to their owners each day which is above and beyond what I could have expected. Thank you, Pawtown and staff. You made the last couple of days so much easier on me and my baby and I will absolutely be returning whenever I need to board her. You guys are amazing!
I visited Pawtown to tour their facility as a prospective boarder and doggy daycare. I was happy to wait, as I like to do drop by / unexpected visits when I tour the facility. I was in the lobby for 10-15 min while watching the groomer leave a dog completely unattended on the table (with the tie around its neck). That was all I needed to know I would not ever be a customer. I regret not saying something at the time to the staff, because a dog can accidentally hang himself in a moment. I hope from this review the groomers are spoken to about a lesson on safety and how devastating it would be for the dog / owners. When touring the facility I was disappointed in the daycare dogs not having access to clean water in their crates too. If the dogs go out every few hours they should have water since there is no concern about them using the bathroom. I also wish there was a larger indoor daycare area with AC the dogs could use since it’s too hot for dogs to be outside on turf for too long. The employees were extremely kind and helpful!
We love Pawtown grooming! They took such good care of my senior baby fuzzy! Always comes home clean and happy.
Can’t express with words what pawtown did for my Hunter “boxer” for 7 days taking care of him really helped me tons. I wouldn’t be able to go on my trip if it wasn’t for Pawtown. And every person there was for sure very professional and care loving animals. This is for sure my new go to place from now on when I’m going on vacation or have emergencies. Thanks Pawtown and thanks for the daily videos of my doggy. It sure helped me and comforted me while I was long way from home.
This was our first experience with boarding our dogs. It was absolutely incredible! They went above and beyond in every way and exceeded my expectations. From the report cards, to the love they had for our dogs. It was truly a wonderful experience! I highly recommend!
I recently boarded my dog in June at the Lodge and found the staff at the lodge to be incompetent. My dog had been moved to the hospital side due to a cough however no one recorded it in the system. Such that when my father in law went to pick up my dog they could not find her and literally thought they had lost her. They finally figured out what was going on after 1 hour. I complained and was told the manager would call me which never happened. The actual hospital side is quite good however the overall mgmt of the Lodge is quite incompetent in my opinion
Super clean facility. Warm and caring staff. My cat has great stays there!
We had a fantastic experience with The Lodge. After moving into town, the animal hospital recommended them, and they truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we dropped off our beloved pets, we felt assured they were well cared for. Upon picking them up, our cat and dog were visibly content. We'll certainly rely on The Lodge for all our pet care needs in the future, as their genuine concern for customers shines through.
Our pup Tony always love his days at “camp”. We say the word and he starts going bananas. After a bad experience bringing him home from another nearby boarding and day camp place, we found The Lodge. It truly is luxury boarding and a retreat for Tony. The facilities are great and staff is very friendly. They have small suites where each dog gets their own room and they can also attend daycare or get extra snuggles during the day. I would recommend this boarding retreat to anyone who wants their dog to be comfortable and loved while they’re away. Obligatory sleepy pup after camp photo attached.
Have stayed here a few times with my dogs when visiting from Arizona, this time was different. Asked for a bath before pick up told them to brush out before he was washed as his long hair will knot up badly, I brushed him before drop off as well, and told them I would be there at 8:30 Wednesday morning for pick up. When I picked up My dog, he was soaked, not dryer in the least and he was so matted ( they didn’t brush before the bath as instructed) and had diarrhea so bad ( and I realize that dogs get a bit stressed that sometimes causes the bathroom issues) But he was so matted from not being brushed prior to the bath and he wasn’t even dry (I don’t mean he was damp I mean he was dripping wet) And I was still charged full price for a bath and blow out.. not a good experience this go round at all
My dog, Ruby, hasn't really said much about The Lodge but I have no doubt that Ruby received great care for the 3 days she was there. Great staff! Reasonable rates for boarding and daycare.
We left our Labradoodle over a 3 day weekend. When we picked her up she was still wet from recent bath NO combing or drying (40 bucks) She looks much better when we dropped her off. The Bully Sticks we left for her never were given to her? We paid extra for play time. I’m very skeptical this even happened? No report card was given as well? I left my email and all my contact info through their website contact and never heard a single call / email or reply. They seem very busy, so I’m sure they don’t care about poor service and personal details right now! Time we tell….I left two stars because Maggie was still alive and seemed happy enough. However, we do think she got Kennel Cough during her stay.
We recently moved here and they had an opening so we booked it due to a last minute schedule change. We were very happy with the accommodations, the dogs were not stressed when we got them back. We have used them a second time & will be our go to place moving forward. The only thing I would suggest is when you walk in to check your animals in there needs to be a better way of handling the paperwork & your dogs at the same time. I have my hands full with 2 dogs pulling every way possible & the staff hands you forms to initial or sign. It really makes it difficult. The places in the past that I have used, take control of the dogs for you and then let you fill out paperwork. So the 2 times I have dropped them off, there were plenty of employees at the front desk that could have lent a hand to make it easier, to give your attention to the forms that needed filled out. Also why do they take the dogs collars & leashes off & hand them to you, yet another thing happening during a very chaotic time.
My dog contracted the kennel cough here, even with his vaccinations, staff negelected pets, not a cleansed place. Ive dropped of my dog here numerous times and never had a problem up until recently. He came back sick, dry coughing, gaging I believe he caught something while he was there 4 days, which wouldn’t make sense since every dog has to have those shots to be boarded so something happened while he was there because he was perfectly normal and healthy before we had dropped off. I give them this rating because they were not attentive to advise or give me info as to what had happened or what technician handled him while he was there, the report card looked like it was a copy of another dog with my dogs name added to it, really weird. To begin with When I picked up my dog his toys and bag we’re Soaked in Urine! Why so much urine? I asked for play time and she said oh the tech didn’t sign off so I don’t know if he got them?! Sooo he didn’t get play time? He did not get walked? What happened there? He did not smell like he had been showered he smelled like wet rags and sweat, his bark was not the same it had changed almost as if he was barking the whole time and wore himself out, when we asked if they noticed that he was barking differently the responded oh we didn’t know that was odd?!! Are you kidding me?They didn’t care to look into it. I don’t know what kind of caring they do for dogs given all this info, made us feel like my dog was left unattended, uncared for, unreliable, that’s incredibly dishonest of them.
Friendly staff but completely disorganized. Called to make an appointment for my dog's 3rd play date there and was told he needed $22 updated bordetella vaccine. I ok'd this and dropped him off the next day. They walked him over to the vet clinic and after I returned home and resumed work, I received a call that because he hadn't been examined there previously, there would also be a $55 exam fee. $100 play date? No thanks. 4 stars for the friendly folks at The Lodge, 0 stars for the poor communication and vet clinic. Spent more than $200 there boarding over the holiday and play dates in the past few weeks, no more business from me.
Love the friendly service and the communication they had providing updates, been able to have access to the cameras is definitely a plus. this was the first time I leave my puppy anywhere and I was no worry at all. Got a complete updated report after our check out with cute puctures🥰 This will definitely a place to go back to when we need a dog-sitter.
I absolutely love pet suites! My fur baby Cleo has been going here for day play since he was a puppy. He always has a blast with his friends
We love PetSuites for our little guy Capone! They always do such a great job with engaging enrichment/training sessions, the staff is super friendly and welcoming (they always recognize our guy upon arrival and greet him by name) and we adore the numerous paw-gress reports and photos! Ashley the groomer does a wonderful job and is happy to accommodate our requests to make our little guy fresh, clean and dapper! Capone is excited to arrive at PetSuites and we appreciate the new cameras so we can peek in on him throughout the day. When he can't travel with us, we know he'll be in good hands and enjoy his stay. Thank you PetSuites Spring Klein!
I was disappointed with the dog bath grooming service. While my dog smells good, they didn’t fully blow him out or brush him, leaving his coat wet in spots and extremely curly. It felt like the job was rushed and lacked attention to detail. I expected a more thorough grooming experience. Honestly, he looked better going in with a 3 week old groom from another location. Also they quoted one price before the service and then charged a higher price at the end. Not the best choice for grooming.
Family and community friendly. We don’t think twice about bringing our furry baby to this second home. Staff are welcoming and they are passionate. We appreciate them so much!
My partner booked boarding for our dog (new client) yesterday over the phone, had a normal experience doing so. I called today to see if we could also board our cats (would also be new clients; our cat sitter fell through) and was immediately shut down and told to go to the website. Didn't have a chance to ask questions or get any info. I get it, everything is online nowadays but...damn dude. I already checked out the website pretty thoroughly, was hoping to speak to a human since they're the ones who will be caring for my pets. Ended up booking with the vet instead and I'm already concerned about our dog that's set to stay there.
PetSuites done a wonderful job of taking care of our furbaby when we went out town. The staff there is friendly and made sure she was very comfortable! This was her first time away from home and they made sure she was very comfortable and happy! I highly recommend! 5 stars ⭐️!!!
PetSuites exceeded our expectations in every aspect of boarding our dog. Scheduling, drop off and pick up were easy. The staff was friendly. They updated us without any prompting. They even gave us feedback on our dog's interactions with other dogs and staff. It's great to work with people who love what they do as much as you love your pet!
I absolutely LOVE it!!! My Gunner seems so happy with his new friends! Very clean.. Employees are super friendly and always ready to help you.. I totally recommend it!! Pure awesomeness. Here's a pic of my handsome boy.
Autumn has been working with Selene for over 2 years. I love the engaging activities and enrichments she provides the dogs. It keeps them energized and I love the one on one interaction they get to have with the trainer. Autumn has a great rapport working with Selene. The entire PetSuites Spring Klein team is awesome. We have a standing reservation for daycare and I have a comfort level knowing she’s in great care when I drop her off. I would highly recommend the training program and facility for daycare and boarding needs.
Cuddle Buddies did an outstanding job with my German Shepherd Kahlua. Lisa and Kristine were extremely professional every step of the way. I appreciated the daily videos and how they checked up that I made it home after the flight. I highly recommend them to anyone. Very reasonable prices.
I am moving from Houston to Florida in a few weeks and one of the things I will miss most is Cuddle Buddies Pet Care. Their service and care for my elderly dog was above and beyond anything I could’ve ever expected. I will miss their services so much. Don’t hesitate, call and use their services, your pets will be loved, and well taken care of.
Cuddle Buddies!! Hands down the best pet care provider!! Kristine loves our 2 black labs and 3 cats like they are her own. We never have to worry when we’re on vacation. She sends sweet videos to keep us updated with each visit. She is careful to understand any dietary needs and is very mindful of weather situations that could cause discomfort for our fur babies. She even leaves music playing if it’s raining or fireworks are going off to ensure our dogs are comfortable overnight while in their crates. We appreciate her so much and couldn't be more grateful to know our fur family members are cared for when we away! 💗🙏🏼
I have used Cuddle Buddies for years and I cannot imagine a better service for my pets. They always arrive at the scheduled time and send a video as well as a detailed text message of what the visit was like. Their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing pet sitting services.
Kristine and Traci have been taking care of our cats for many years so it’s about time I leave a raving review. I love the daily videos and they make sure they locate every single cat (we have 5). In addition, they had to solve some interesting challenges: a blaring alarm siren that wouldn’t shut off because of a dead battery in a sensor, a malfunctioning sensor resulting in police showing up with drawn guns (yes we have that on security video), a cat that locked himself up in a room…. My cats now think that every time the front door opens they get fed 😂 Highly recommended!
I’ve used Cuddle Buddies for two years and I highly recommend their service! Kristine is awesome. I know my pups are well taken care of while I am at work. She goes above and beyond to work with my schedule, always takes care of us - it’s good to know I have a reliable professional I can trust to be in my home. Thank you!
We have used Cuddle Buddies Pet Care for quite a few years now. We are so thankful to have found Kristine and Karen. They clearly love animals and take great care of our dogs while we are out of town. It is so comforting not having to worry about your pets while you are away. They provide an invaluable service and we highly recommend them.
EXCELLENT! We have had the pleasure of finding Cuddle Buddies through my best friend this past year. We have two older female mini dachshunds who need more attention in their golden years and are truly amazed at how Kristine at Cuddle Buddies brings all the love and support to them. Kristine is amazing and so professional. Always punctual, always sending us videos when she comes over to our house to spend time with our girls. Her love and devotion and trustworthy service is GOLDEN to us! We have never had anyone in our fourteen years of being pet owners that we find more honest, loving, and kind as Kristine. They get 7 out of 5 stars in our book. You will not be disappointed in any way by using their worldly service. SEVEN STARS!! :)
Kristine is the absolute best!! My four dogs trusted her from the beginning. She’s very experienced and knowledgeable, and she goes above and beyond to put your pet’s needs first! My husband and I went on vacation for a week during some terrible storms and flooding, and one of my dogs sliced her ear open the night before we left. Needless to say, the entire household was stressed. Kristine braved flooded streets, torrential rains, and loss of electricity in our home for two days to make sure our dogs were well-cared for. She even brought her own fabric cone for my wounded dog to keep her from scratching her ear, and she brought her own radio to leave at the house since our power was out, so that our dogs wouldn’t have to listen to the rain and thunder. She is such a blessing!! I never have to worry about my pups when they’re in her care! Thank you!!!!
Travel without worrying about your pets! Cuddle Buddies have been my pet sitter for several years! I travel for work, and I don’t think I could handle it without their loving care. I get video feeds every time there is a visit and lots of updates. Even during the big ice storm when I was out of town, Cuddle Buddies went above, and beyond, keeping in touch with me the whole time while they went in with flashlights, and made sure my dog was fine. You just can’t put a price on the piece of mind when you leave your pet behind.
