David and Ray were terrific pet and house sitters. Our parrot enjoyed all the special attention, and they kept us updated with photos and videos. They were conscientious about house details and even asked about whether certain ceramic dishes could go in the dishwasher. While they were there, some small ants decided to move in. They took the initiative to set out some traps. We'd happy have them back to sit.
Ann Marie was great! She came a day early to meet our cats, and to review everything with us. This was our first time with zeewoi, and she put us at ease with her knowledge of cats and her experience sitting. She was communicative while we travelled, so we knew all was well with the cats, and she alerted us to a problem she noticed in our kitchen. Most importantly, when we got home, our cats looked happy and well taken care of, and the house was in great shape. We are pleased with Ann Marie and our first full experience with zeewoi.
Pushkin and Ms Rossi were such a delight! We really enjoyed each others company and time together. Pushkin is so affectionate and gentle and adores popping in for some cuddles and love throughout the day. Rossi took a day to get used to the new company but from then on also happily joined in to cuddle on the couch and purr away on my lap. They very quickly found a way into my heart. They are both independent and eat whenever they feel hungry during the course of the day but are also very loving and enjoy “making biscuits” and giving little licks in return for being caressed. Sonja & Denver were lovely and kind and very easy going and their home was welcoming and the stay was a delight. Definitely recommend for anyone who loves cats.
We had an amazing time at this beautiful and comfortable home, surrounded by flowers and birds in Tofino. And so close to the beach! Genie was such a pleasure to be with. She has the cutest little personality. She was chill, friendly, full of purrs, and no problem at all. She loves curling up in bed as much as we do! Julie and Brian were very kind and generous and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We would love to come back to sit with Genie again in the future! Thanks to Julie and Brian!
My wife and I took care of Simon and Henry for about 10 days in February — easy dogs, lovely home, great neighborhood, friendly and flexible owners. We are especially thankful to owners, Carol and Roy, who arranged alternative care when Delta changed our ticket so we had to leave their home earlier than planned.
Sue and Martin made us feel so at home including welcome gifts on arrival. Their well documented instructions made our stay really easy including a map of local walks. We took Danby out each day exploring along the Thames Walkway and surrounds. He loved galloping in the meadows and meeting other canine friends. What a beautiful part of the world - lucky Danby!
Our stay at Andy's house was great, him and his family were very welcoming. Nala is a wonderful dog, she's playful and affectionate, we will miss her!
Looking after Humphrey was a privilege and a delight. He is an indoor cat who makes up for the lack of hunting opportunity by being the most inquisitive and inventive cat. He figured out how to flush the toilet, make the scale light up, close the bathroom door, and is still working out how to turn on the AC. He loves to be chased around the apartment, and loves cuddles too. Slept on a chair near me when I was busy on my laptop, and makes adorable meowing sounds when he wants attention. We became great friends! Yasmin and Colin are the most charming and kind hosts and I am sorry that we didn't have more time to overlap at the end of the sit so I could hear about their adventurous travels. Their apartment is a third floor attic open space loft that is bright and airy with lots of windows letting in light and cool air. There is a lovely outdoor balcony to have your breakfast in the morning or 'apero' at the end of the day. It is located in the calm neighbourhood of Ixelles, with its lovely mix of architectural styles and the beautiful 'etangs d'Ixelles' nearby' - lakes and parks to wander about or have a picnic. Easy acces by tram and bus to the gare de Midi and the lovely center of Brussels. Supermarkets within walking distance and small convenience stores on two corners of the street they are in. A sit highly recommended - although I hope that I will be the lucky one to be asked to look after Humphrey again when they next travel. Thank you Yasmin and Colin for trusting me, and Humphrey, I miss you and your scientific experiments!
