We were so happy that our sit fit into Nicole’s schedule. This was her third sit for our pets and our home and fur babies were well cared for. Our trip was worry free. We recommend her with no reservations!
Krista and Payten were wonderful house/pet sitters! They communicated well throughout the sit and we came home to a very clean house and very relaxed pets. They clearly love animals and even took Micco on a disc golf adventure. I could tell he was sad to say goodbye to them! We hope to have them stay again, and you would be lucky to have them care for your pets and home.
This was our 2nd time having Adule sit for our home and two one-year-old kitties, and we were happy to have her back! She was especially flexible around our return time, which made our travel completely stress-free. Our kitties were very happy in the photos she sent us regularly, and she made sure that our home was left super clean. We would absolutely love to have Adule back - and I know that our two little furballs would agree!
Christopher really missed out on this one! Such a shame he couldn't make it. (This is Vic writing the review) I had to try so hard not to be smug when I called home to chat to him about how I was doing, he'd have loved Marcus and Eleonore's pets and home. I've had the most wonderful two weeks here with Truffle the puppy and Jim and Wilson the black cats. The house is fabulously cosy and characterful. It's full of the old wood, stone and slightly wonky floors that old farmhouses have. The kitchen is light, is snug from the Aga and has fabulous views. The house's location, just tucked under the hill and looking out over the valley, means that there are incredible views. I got lucky with the autumn weather and had sunshine and showers, which meant that pup-walks round the fields, lanes and along the canal were full of rainbows. It feels wonderfully cut off from everywhere, but it's less than ten minutes from Abergavenny and the neighbours who you meet as you walk the lanes are chatty and welcoming. Eleonore and Marcus were kind enough to introduce me to their friend and nearest neighbour before they went away, so that I had someone to call on if I needed any local knowledge or help, and she was lovely enough to pop round a couple of times (with biscuits!) to say hello. I couldn't have been made to feel more welcome! The pets were great to spend time with. Typical cats, Jim and Wilson pretty much looked after themselves and were fairly reserved. But Wilson would check I was comfy in bed each night and Jim would shout hello to me each morning, and they were both happy to have a chin tickle from me every day. Truffle the puppy was a delight. She's still quite young and full of bonkers, chewy, zoomy puppy energy but such a lovely character. We had much fun playing in the garden and, when she'd settled into having a new human in her home, she gave me some wonderful cuddles. Eleonore and Marcus... thank you so much for inviting me into your home. It was lovely to meet you and your creatures and to get to know your part of the world. What a special place!
We looked after Izzy and Pickle for only four days but they were very friendly dogs who loved attention and cuddles. They liked to join you for a snuggle on the couch or game of fetch in the garden. At night we did try to encourage Izzy and Pickle to sleep next to our bed but as per the description they both let us know that they preferred to cuddle up to us in the bed as well. They really enjoyed their walks in the local park and Pickle did well off the lead. Dex and Dani’s home was lovely with all of the amenities you need in a good area in South London. They left simple instructions and were easy to get a hold of if we needed.

Amazing and reliable company to use for your pets, not just dogs too! Milo my Westiepoo loved walks around the Chorley area with plenty of canine company. No more than 4 dogs per walk means plenty of adventures and safety always in mind. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The franchisor engages in unethical practices and demonstrates poor business standards. Claims such as fully insured and all staff pet first aid trained are false. I have personally witnessed unqualified staff operating across the UK, and the company lacks the proper procedures to enforce these standards.
We have used Fordleymoor for 20+ years for our dogs and from when they started looking after cats. Our many dogs have all enjoyed their holiday with Julie and the girls over the years and are so well cared for. Fordleymoor, Julie and the rest of the staff are the best! My animals are cared for with 100% love and professionalism. I leave them with complete peace of mind and confidence. Nothing is too much trouble, even taking my cat to the vet for a weekly check up. And the dogs get very excited as soon as I drive in. I'm so grateful for everything they do.
Our two dogs love going to Fordleymoor kennels. They perk up as I drive them there and scratch to get out of the car! And they get get an hour's walk a day at home, so their life is already pretty good! It's great to know that when we go away they aren't going to be miserable. Highly recommended. We have boarded both our cat and dog here. The staff are friendly and the kennels are professionally run. The accommodation was spotless and I would have no hesitation in recommending. These comments come from a couple who have previously run a highly recommended boarding establishment themselves.

Home from home for your best friend. A great place ,very friendly and caring. Pictures of the dogs posted on Facebook so you can see your pet wherever you are. We have left our dog several times and he has been very well looked after. The dogs live in the house not in outside kennels. Highly recommended

Fantastic place for your dog to stay! Staff are lovely and I totally trust them with my dogs. They were both very happy! We brought a puppy from the same lady and it is clear she loves animals and care for them greatly, this is what you want to see and feel when others are looking after your pets.. totally recommend! Will be using from now on.
Our dogs have enjoyed several visits to the kennels. Always a warm welcome from Alison and her staff. Vaccination paperwork is checked prior to boarding. As are telephone contact numbers, and vetinary details. Our dogs have specific dietary needs, which is not a problem here. The dogs soon settle down.
We left Tess for a week in May. I checked up on her while we were away. She was absolutely fine. We have already booked her in for the next time we go away. We have booked the cats in to. I had no hesitation in rebooking Byebrue.
Excellent kennel and grooming. Really friendly staff and our dog Sam loves it there. Every time we drop him off he’s wagging his tail.
