Corrina was just ESPECTACULAR! She was really kindly since the beginning (that's why we choose her in first moment). A few days before the arranged dates she went to our house to met our cat, see the house and get the keys. She was really self sufficient during the stay and everyday she sent funny pictures and videos from Enriqueta. Despite our cat is not so friendly, she made an enormous effort to bond her and I think at the end they became closer one to each other. When we arrived the house was in perfect conditions, everything was in order and really really clean. We would definitely recommend her.

Lynnette

As first time uses of zeewoi, Lynnette made it a very positive experience. We met her before the sit and felt very confident that she would be a good person to take care of our dog. She took time to understand our dog's routines and quirks. She took her on lots of walks and kept us regularly up-to-date with where she'd been and how she was doing, which was very reassuring to know she was in good hands. Lynnette also took care of our home and left it very clean and tidy. We'd love to have Lynnette sit for us again in the future.

Izabella and Anna have set the bar for pet sitters on this app. Izabella was my main point of contact and I appreciated that she asked me my preferences on communication and pictures while I was away. We communicated extensively before the trip and I felt confident leaving Loumi and her needs to the care of Izabella and her mom. Loumi absolutely loved them - and they both have a way with pets. I was sent daily photos/videos and updates. Izabella and Anna went above and beyond as sitters and I have already invited them back to stay for the next time I am away.

Moon was absolutely great, had a fantastic connection with Rusty. Was flexible with arrival time etc, we really felt that Rusty had a great time with Moon. House was clean when we got back. Neelam is a truly wonderful, capable, and expert caretaker! We feel so fortunate to have found her. She was amazing with Misu and they formed a strong bond during their time together. She also took very good care of our home, going above and beyond to make sure everything was clean and perfect when she left … even deep cleaning our fridge and balcony! Fleurine

We could not have asked for a more perfect house sitter than Fleurine. We went on holiday knowing our dog and cat were in great hands. Our dog can be reactive at times, but she loved Fleurine and from the photographs had an absolute ball with her. Our cat was not 100% and she gave medicine as needed (no easy feat with our cat). The house was spotless on return. We would have Fleurine back anytime!

Barry & Dorien

A fantastic family to look after your pets and home. We were initially a little nervous about our first experience using this sitting service but soon after we were introduced to Barry and Doreen my worries subsided. We were unsure about having families with young children as sitters because Alfie, our dog is full of energy and on first meeting can get very excited which involves a lot of tail wagging and some jumping up which we are trying to train out. Barry and Doreen were keen to be our sitters so we had a FaceTime call which enabled us to meet them and them meet our pets, I explained my concerns about children and the family were very happy to still sit for us and I'm so glad they were! On arrival we had a couple of hours overlap before we left to introduce the pets and we could see instantly that they were a family of animal lovers. The children were keen to learn how to care for our pets and both Barry and Doreen were great with our elderly cat that requires medication and instantly bonded with Alfie our dog. The communication from Barry and Doreen was great leading up to the sit regarding us all booking our travel arrangements. While we were away they sent us regular updates about how the pets were doing which was lovely to hear and reassuring that all was well. On arriving home the house was beautifully clean and some lovely touches were a returning gift of some chocolates and a posy of locally picked flowers. We were also very grateful that our garden had been kept alive as it had been quite warm at times while we were on holiday. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barry and his family. They are perfect house sitting guests and we are very grateful that they selected our pets and home to look after. Highly recommended.

Lisse and Adriaan were excellent house sitters. Communication was great leading up to the sit and they kept us informed of their travel plans before hand. When they arrived they immediately established a rapport with our dog Ruby playing and chatting with her. This was lovely as it put our minds at rest in those anxious hours before leaving. They were supper efficient during the stay watering the garden and looking after the pets. They handled a minor thorn in the paw injury sensibly and without drama taking Ruby to the vet after communicating with us. I had every confidence that they would have been able to handle a crisis if it should have arisen. The house was tidy and clean when they left and we would not have known they had been here. Both our cat and dog has obviously been well looked after. I would recommend them highly.

Samia and Alfian are a very nice couple. They have taken very good care of our furry family and our home. Although they have been in a hot period, they have taken generous walks with the dog and have been very affectionate with the cat. The house was tidy and very clean. I would highly recommend them

Nils

Nils and Kim looked after our two dogs for a week while we were on holiday. We left home assured that the dogs were in good hands. While away we got a few little updates from home that we appreciated. We didn’t ask for any, and it was nice to see everyone happy. On return the house was in excellent order, and Nils and Kim had even stripped the bed and washed the bed linen and towels! We came home to happy dogs, some lovely little gifts and a freshly baked bred! We can easily recommend Nils and Kim to look after pets and house. They are friendly and interesting people and we are happy we met them.

Perfect housesit - highly recommended...
All of Joanne and Tim's previous reviews are absolutely correct - this is a 5+ star housesit!
Firstly, Joanne and Tim are a lovely couple who were easy to communicate with from the start and happy to do a 'remote' handover, showing me everything I needed to know. Throughout the housesit they kept in touch and I knew that they would respond if I ever needed them.
Next, Gordon the cat is a cool little companion. He is very happy for a lot of the time in his little cubby hole by the Aga, but don't be fooled by his age or chilled nature because when it comes to playtime, he can leap and bounce with the best of them!
Overall, Gordon is a very gentle cat with a lovely temperament.
Joanne and Tim's house is beautiful. They have obviously taken a lot of care to create a very comfortable and warm home, maintaining the house's historical features. The house has everything you could possibly need and more, was clean and easy to look after.
Saffron Walden is a lovey town with lots of independent shops and cafes, not far from Cambridge. I'd also recommend Audley End House (English Heritage) which you can easily walk to for something else to do!
Overall, it was a great housesit. Thank you so much Joanne and Tim. I hope to be back!
