We have just completed a delightful sit with Mischief the cat . Sally and Ian were generous and welcoming hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. From our first contact, communication was always easy and very informative. The welcome guide was clear and contained all the information we needed. Sally and Ian's home is beautiful,spacious and set the in the most beautiful gardens which are an absolute credit to them both. We loved just wandering in the garden listening to the birds and stumbling upon the odd pheasant or woodland creature. It truly is a magical space! The house is ideally suited for exploring the Cotswolds with fabulous walks close by and many heritage listed villages all within a 30 minute drive. The village is delightful and has a community shop which supplies all the basics and the local pub is within easy walking distance providing very decent pub food. We highly recommend a visit to Highgrove Gardens ,Castle combe and Stroud for the Saturday market, but there are any number of wonderful things to do. Mischief is the sweetest cat who loves a good cuddle and really enjoys some play time each day,but other than that is very low maintenance. Ed and Johanna are wonderful people. It was truly a pleasure taking care of their beautiful home and loveable pooch, Sydney. The location is idyllic - a quiet street, short walk to the ocean, and only a few blocks from two of Sydney’s favourite spots - Windsor Park and Anderson Hill. Sydney completely captured my heart - he is a such a happy, sociable, snuggly little guy who is up for anything and just wants to be with you at all times. He loves to jump on your lap for cuddles, go for car rides, hikes, toodles around the neighbourhood - anything. I even took him to a family birthday party and a middle school classroom and he just gobbled up all the attention and affection and had everyone fall in love with him. It would be a pleasure to sit for Ed and Johanna again. Jump at the chance if you are offered this sit!!
Scott and Holli were wonderful hosts and a beautiful home . It was a beautiful sit and learning all about a Salcata tortoise was really educational Billie Jean was a loveable and obedient dog and Kat was a really chill cat who loved belly rubs. Would recommend this sit and would love to return another time.
There is no single thing I can complain for and I highly recomend to everybody to meet Desire, her familly and cats!:) You can enjoy time with adorable tree creatures with very distinctive yet friendly personalities in the hart of Prague. The flat itself is super comfortable and elegant with just incredible view to the river and Prague old town, but what makes this experiance really great are people. Thoughtful, funny and perfectly reasonable with open hearts to another human being and taking great care for animals too!:)
The house had everything needed to make the pet sitting enjoyable. It was very connected to nature. I was delighted. It was a pleasure taking care of your lovely Dog during these days! Although at first, he seemed a bit rough, he quickly proved to be a sweetheart of a pet. His kindness and affection made each day a delightful experience.
