Avoid booking Nisa. I read her review of me and I'm curious why i would be responsible for her missed flight?! Her emotional stability is questionable. I have had 3 great petsitters with no issues, but Nisa was a challenge and completely uncommunicative, and unprepared to handle dogs, even after i asked her specifically about looking after 2 dogs, and one being a puppy. Prior to leaving I spent a full day with Nisa going over all the dog info AND it is all detailed in welcome book digitally. She did not refer to this. She messaged and called my friend (and emergency contact) multiple times...sometimes sending videos of the dogs playing and asking her if there was a problem with their behaviour. SHE IS NOT ACCUSTOMED NOR COMFORTABLE WITH DOGS. Nisa is also incredibly inflexible. After 4 days, she told me via text, that she might leave early...this was incredibly frustrating and nerve-wracking since I was away for 3 weeks (in Canada). Because of this, i had to hire my dog walker to come and walk the puppy (at significant cost to me) as Nisa would not and could not take both out. I also hired a dog trainer to work with Kiraz (puppy) and she had an altercation with him, questioning and confronting him. The sit was from June 25 to July 17. Nisa booked a red eye flight leaving July 17 but that was really the night of July 16 and early morning of 17th. I had to scramble to get someone for the dogs. Nisa was a nightmare and totally unprepared and incapable of looking after my dogs. And her passive aggressive attitude towards me via text and in my review shows this. I will be contacting zeewoi.com as I feel she has some serios issues that affect her ability to petsit and to be considered a reliable, stable person.
