We thoroughly enjoyed our sit for Julia in the wonderful Cotswolds countryside. We met Julia ahead of our sit for a coffee and a walk with Mij and Melba on the farm to help us get our bearings. Julia also supplied us with easy to follow instructions which made our job easy. Julia and Richard's farm is a busy working farm with lots going on and has extensive land to explore and Mij and Melba are only too keen to take us around. They are both very well behaved and a pleasure to look after. Both are extremely affectionate and love having company. Their location is very convenient and close to Broadway village which has many shops and a small museum and is worth a visit. Plus you'll find Russell's fish and chip there which serves some delicious food all cooked in the rapeseed oil grown and processed by Julia and Richard's son. All in all, we had a wonderful time and we would highly recommend looking after Mij and Melba for Julia (provided we don't beat you to getting the sit ;-)
Our experience with Sheron was incredible. Sheron received us with great affection and explained everything about the house and Cherry perfectly. The house is very comfortable and lovely, we love the house and the mottingham neighbourhood as well. Cherry is a beautiful dog, she was the smallest dog we've ever taken care of. She is polite, clean, knows how to ask for something when she wants, smart... We love taking care of her, Cherry has become a friend to us. We would come back if we had another opportunity, we recommend 100%
What a pleasant housesit! Linda and Mark are lovely, interesting people who made the housesit a joy. Their two cats, Whisky and Rocqui, are easy to care for and love a bit of cuddling. Their stunning home and private garden are part of a larger community so you have a bit of companionship if you want it. When a water leak occurred in the house, Linda and Mark were totally available and made me feel very supported. Their home is near the edge of town so shops are convenient with plenty of access to nearby hikes and sights. I'd give them ten thumbs up, if I could.
