Kathryn is very self sufficient and tidy. I really appreciated coming back home and it being exactly like I had left it.

I was nervous since this was my first time using a long stay pet sitter, but she was quick to respond to any questions I had. I didn't hear from her super often while I was gone, but everything was perfect when I got home. Thanks Kathryn!

Henry was an absolute delight to sit for, so affectionate and sweet. The house was beautiful and comfortable, with all that you would want/need for a stay. The location was easily accessible East Austin, with bike lanes and bus transport. If you have a car, it's a short drive to the Central Austin. Would highly recommend this sit to anyone!

Ellie
Ellie's hospitality and home is amazing. The cabin is a converted outbuilding on an old sheep farm. It is warm and cozy in every way. The large picture window / door has an incredible view of the English countryside, a small village and the American Museum, and it overlooks a little hutch for chickens and another for bunnies - super cute! The area is paradise with long beautiful walks down the quiet lane, and more challenging paths along the river at the bottom of the hill. The neighbors and the pub down the way are really great too. Bath is best known for its Roman Baths (a must see), and is also not far from Bristol. There's a cobbler just next door to the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey, so I was even able to have my boots completely resoled while I toured and shopped. Storm and Digger are super sweet! Storm is a little older so she likes to decide how long to walk. Walking at her pace and giving her special attention goes a long way in making her feel loved. Digger is also super friendly and he loves to run. He loves going through the gate to play fetch with the ball. Every once in a while I would fake throw the ball to have Digger run after it, then pitch it gently to little Storm so she could be a part of the game - such great fun! I would highly recommend this to anyone with a car who loves the countryside and short drives into town for touring about.

Michele
An amazing experience! Michele is simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to her attention and hospitality. She picked us up from the train station and took us to the supermarket, making sure we had everything we needed before her departure. The house was spotless and equipped with all the comforts we could wish for a perfect stay.

But the highlight of our experience was meeting Kina, Michele's lovely dog. We formed a special bond with her and still miss her since we said goodbye. Taking care of her was a true pleasure and enriching experience.

We highly recommend Michele and her home 100%. It was one of the most memorable months of our lives, thanks to her care, kindness, and Kina's wonderful company. We definitely plan to visit them again soon. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

Christopher
What a lovely warm welcome from Chris and Kathryn and instantly made to feel at home. Introduced to the gorgeous pups Fergal and Bree who were so bouncy and friendly. Fergal is older but still has those puppy dog eyes and Bree was like Tigger, would bounce all day long. Chris gave us a tour of the house so we knew where everything was. House was spotless and everything you could wish for in a well appointed kitchen. Been housesitting for over 6 years and haven't had a view from our bedroom like this one! Stunning views over Dartmoor. Chris and Kathryn took us to their local dog walking spot so we were acquainted with the area and had a delicious dinner with them before they went on holiday the next day. We could quite happily have sat chatting to them all night, both naturally friendly and interesting. Dogs were so well behaved when we were on our walks. Fergal walking almost to heel and Bree only going a few yards ahead, never out of sight, before bouncing back to join us. Cracking recall, no issues with other dogs and when at home always curling up beside us on the couch. For us, everything you could wish for in a housesit, lovely pups, friendly, welcoming owners and a beautiful, immaculate house. Would definitely go back depending on our travels and would recommend to anyone.
