George is a fun puppy and quietly sleeps through the night. He’s also very good at entertaining himself with his toys so doesn’t require your constant attention. Everyone adores him.
Julie and Dan were very generous hosts and easy to communicate with from the beginning. Maverick and Nightshade are such cute, funny, young cats. It took some time for them to come snuggle but the red pointer light always helped playing and bonding with them. Julie and Dan’s high-tech flat was cosy and comfortable, and the nearby Royal Docks is a fun place to hangout. Sitting for them was a very nice experience and I would definitely recommend it.
Jeff and Sarah have a cute house in a quiet neighborhood and the sweetest pets! We met about a week prior to my sit for intros etc. They showed me where everything was and I met Bruce and Elsie. The communication during my sit was great. They were attentive anytime I reached out with questions. I had a great time with Elsie and Bruce! As the days went on we became quite fond of each other. I'm happy to sit for them again anytime! Great experience and I would recommend.
This was a wonderful sit. Teresa and Sidney are both lovely. Teresa communicates well, and is friendly and easy-going. Sidney is a one year old tomcat with a lot of energy and personality. He's very sociable and loves attention. He enjoys playing catch and retrieving his toys. Like most one year olds, he tested me. After the first week, though, he calmed down and enjoyed sitting with me while I watched television or read. Coming 'home' to Sidney was always a pleasure. Nuremberg and the surrounding areas are easily accessible on public transportation, making it very easy to explore the region. As a first time visitor to Germany I loved my time with Sidney and staying in Nuremberg. It was a win-win pet sit in a beautiful, historic city.
We had a remarkable time watching Cleo in Deb and Mick’s beautiful house. We received a very warm welcome, including a pickup/drop off from the airport. We spent a lovely evening together before their departure for their holidays the next day. They are a very kind and generous couple. We had a delightful time looking after Cleo. She is easy going, sociable, affectionate, and a great walking companion. Her favorite walks were on the beach and so were ours. Cleo is a master of playing fetch. We all loved walking by the ocean and admired the pristine beaches which could be explored for hours. And the house, wow! It’s spacious, modern, bright, and very well equipped, offering a breathtaking ocean view. The beach is just 2 minutes away. Also, many shops, cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance. Lake Cathie is small, quiet, and the perfect place for a peaceful retreat. We absolutely adored this sitting and would highly recommend it. Thank you, Deb and Mick for your kindness, hospitality and making our Aussie experience an unforgettable one.
This beautiful fur family couldn’t have been a better set up if I had done it myself. The experienced/ pro-level layout and suggestions for community options were taken and appreciated each day. I have a son with DS that is my “greatest concern”. We are learning and exploring more safety and city hurdles and discovered Dream Park Playground one day, when the Zoo was overwhelming. Thank you Al and Linda for your compassionate care and obvious love for your family. P.S Please don’t leave chocolate ice cream available. My kid is like the dogs, not to be trusted…
