Cat Sitters in Zimmerwald

Wow, what a find. We were so fortunate to be able to secure Jasmine to take care of our cat Hector for a long weekend. She was brilliant at communicating from the get go and sent us regular updates, vids and pics during her stay. To top it off, she left the apartment absolutely spotless. If you’re lucky enough to see an application from Jasmina drop into your inbox, do not hesitate to accept - you won’t regret it! We would welcome her back any time.

Molly & Paul were simply amazing. Given their track record owning their own dogs we knew we had an experienced pair coming to look after our dogs and home. We cannot state as enough how at ease we felt leaving them at our home for a few weeks, we felt very confident that they were a perfect fit, and that they were. The dogs were treated with such love and kindness and were given all the experiences dogs should have. They arrived early to get to know the dogs and make them feel comfortable with their presence, which is a must before anyone even thinks about taking over from the owners. We had updates when needed (as agreed, we didn’t need daily ones) and their pro-active manner with regards to the dogs and house was really what you’d want from anyone. We can’t rate them highly enough and wish we could have them each time a sitter is needed for our dogs. They have set the bar high.

Marie came to look after Bruno and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from her. She was very communicative, kind and trustworthy and I could tell that Bruno was very happy, loved and calm with her. Although I really missed Bruno I could rest assured knowing her was being well looked after. Marie left the apartment clean and fresh and I hope she felt at home here. I would highly recommend Marie to anyone looking for an experienced, friendly and organised sitter and I would love to welcome Marie back in the future!

David looked after our dog and cat for 10 days molly our dog fell in love with David as soon as she met him as soon as he walked through the door David kept us updated daily and sent us videos every day We came home and the house was exactly as we left it clean and tidy Would definitely as David to house sit for us again

Corentin did a great job taking care of our Lulu. It was clear she missed him when he left. He sent us pictures of their walks and kept us posted. She was well cared for. We had a communication issue about our return time that led to an uncomfortable situation. Because we were arriving very late Saturday night, we posted our house sitting needs through Sunday as a precaution for delayed travel. I told Coco several times that we were returning Saturday night (in writing and verbally). Unfortunately that didn't stick and when we returned home late Saturday, we arrived to a kitchen and dining area that was a mess. He explained he thought we were returning Sunday. To his credit, he cleaned things up that night and into the early morning so we began our day in a clean home. We enjoyed getting to know Coco. In the future, I would make sure he is super clear on dates and other household rules, even those you might take for granted, such as not using glass ware for heating (he broke a glass and a plate).

We lucked out that Heidi was available to come and look after our home and our kitty Zoe while we went to visit family. Heidi is a warm and friendly person and we really enjoyed meeting her. Communication was excellent before, during and after the sit. It was so nice to get the pictures showing just how comfortable and relaxed Zoe was with her while we were away. We came back to a clean and tidy home and a relaxed and happy kitty. We would absolutely welcome Heidi back to sit again. Thank you Heidi for taking such good care of our home and Zoe. Also thank you for the homemade veggie soup you left for us in the fridge - much appreciated.

Lyne and Arturo were delightful sitters. They were happy to video meet ahead of the sit, which as first time users we were grateful to for, so that we could understand how the process worked. We kept in touch with messages after the booking was made. The couple booked their train tickets, arrived on time and stayed with our family for a couple of nights before our vacation. This helped our dogs settle with them and gave us the chance to explain routines and also how things in the house worked. Lyne and Arturo were clean, tidy and left our house in great condition. The dogs were fond of them and whilst we were away Lyne sent pictures and videos which again helped us to relax knowing they were happy, safe and well cared for. It was lovely to see Lyne and Arturo today for a handover following our return so we could hear what the dogs got up to and the positive things they had achieved with the puppy. Hopefully Lyne and Arturo will stay again with us. 🤗

Kerstin and Max were beyond wonderful - really lovely people and excellent house-sitters. Their communication was great from the start, they asked all the right questions to understand our dog's routine and how to care for the house. Finn (our dog) adored them from the get-go and was devastated to see them leave! I really can't thank Kerstin and Max enough, we were able to enjoy a completely stress-free holiday knowing they were looking after things back home, and returned to a beautifully clean house and very happy dog.

Eleanor and Greg were the perfect sitters. From the moment we first made contact, through to them finally closing the door on my home, they were communicative, friendly and really caring with B. Upon arrival, they took time to fully understand B's routine and asked lots of questions. This meant I was able to leave without any concerns at all about how B would be when I was away. I returned to a very relaxed and happy dog and wouldn't hesitate having them both back to sit.

Maria and her family came to sit our cat and home for 5 days between Xmas and next year at short notice. Our communication was fabulous and we came home to a happy kitty, clean house and peaceful home. I’d recommend maria and family to others! 😊

Anita is a really lovely person who I immediately felt I could trust with my animals and my house. She did a fantastic job and my dog fell in love with her. She kept the house clean, kept up with all the little daily jobs and treated everything with respect. I can highly recommend her.
