Donna was the best house sitter we've had so far. Her communication was excellent, she was on time and went out of her way to show how trustworthy she was (with words and actions combined). She arrived and asked all of the right questions, I was put at ease immediately. I could tell she just loved dogs and little JJ took to her straight away. She even asked how many photos I wanted, I could tell by the pics and videos that JJ was being well looked after and was happy. When I came back we went out for coffee and JJ who normally only sits on my lap at the cafe took it in turns as to whose lap she sat on. I'm sure if my little JJ could talk she would ask me to go away for a little longer so she could be spoilt a little more. Working from home I spend a lot of time with JJ but not as much as Donna spent with her. If you are looking for a pet sitter and have read my review to this point I wouldn't look any further, book Donna straight away, you will be so glad you did :-) Thanks for everything Donna.

I have worked with the TailUp team to walk my pup since they initially opened. They are extremely professional, well managed, and reliable. Melodie, the owner takes extreme care to screen her staff and to ensure that they, not only follow safety rules, but also make sure that I as the pet parent am comfortable with her team. TailsUp closed briefly due to state independent contractor regulations, but they are now back in business! I couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism.
We have used Tails Up for walks & dog sitting on two visits to Napa, and they have been great! Very responsive and flexible for early/late requests. We got updates and great pics from each of the walkers. Will definitely reach out the next time we are in town with our pup!
