Lola / Tata is such a sweetheart! She loves pets and cuddles and was so easy going to take care of. Chiara’s home was perfect for a little week away, a very quiet area and just 15 mins away from Lough Neagh where there’s plenty of gorgeous walks. The log fire in the living room was also great for the winter. Chiara was very communicative before the sit, taking me on a video tour, and we kept in touch with throughout as well.
Evie was very easy to look after, she is absolutely independent, and shows affection at her own time :) Roma and John and a great couple, who made me feel really comfortable right away and they were very generous. Their house is lovely, very clean, and there are lots of places to visit around town. I surely recommend house sitting for them!
Had the perfect weekend sit in Austin with Lucy, Marcy, and Maggie. They're the perfect cuddlers and easy going. Regina's home is a dream. For a young couple, they have an amazingly clean and extraordinary home with such great amenities in a perfect location in Austin. I would love to go again in the future if I'm able.
This was a lovely experience and Rupert and Vanessa made us very welcome. Plenty of information was left for us, and they were easy to contact when needed. We really enjoyed looking after Ludo. He is a very clever little dog and full of mischief, therefore not to be let off the lead! He was very happy to walk on lead, sit at our feet when out for lunch, and sociable with other dogs and people. We thoroughly enjoyed this sit and would highly recommend it if you get the opportunity. You will be very comfortable in a lovely home, with a great dog for company, and we would do it again if the opportunity ever arises.
Oh wow, we just had the most awesome time hanging out with the utterly adorable Tattie, a cutie pie Border Terrier, right in the heart of the beautiful Harpenden. Tattie immediately won us over with her sweet nature and vibrant energy. She's such a loving dog with a personality that lights up the room! We enjoyed a lot together - and took lots of pictures and videos to keep as a memory! She is simply the sweetest! Harpenden is a quite charming English town and the peaceful walks around town with Tattie were like snapshots from a postcard - pure bliss! And oh, the other adventures we had! In addition to our delightful daily walks around Harpenden, we went on several little adventures with Tattie to St Albans and even London. She was our joyful companion on every journey, trotting along happily and taking in the sights and sounds with a wagging tail. We were absolutely amazed by her stamina - she just never gets tired! And of course some words about Tattie's family. They are truly some of the kindest people we've met. Their communication was clear, warm, and so easy-going. We really felt trusted and welcomed – it was like we'd known them for years. Also, their home is the perfect reflection of Tattie - welcoming, warm and full of love. In a nutshell, we LOVED every bit of our adventure in Harpenden, taking care of Tattie. It was truly a heartwarming experience, and we can't wait for another opportunity to hang out with our new furry friend!
We were very lucky to be invited to do this wonderful sit. A perfect and peaceful location in a beautiful, character property with the sweetest of pets. The house itself is packed with history and set in a quiet setting with a large garden and easy walks for Max from the door. The description said Max was the sweetest cockapoo but we were not prepared for the love and affection he immediately bestowed upon us. What a treat! He rushed to greet us all the more incredible as he is blind. He made friends with us straight away and never left our side. Even though he was challenged by his eyesight he had the most amazing ability to play ball and find it whenever we threw it for him. He absolutely loved his ball both playing outside and in. He joined us on the sofa and cuddled up while we watched TV or read. Such a special boy I'm not sure we'll find the like again. He was magical. Elsie the feral outdoors cat was quite the character. Always about but never too close, she loved her food and would wait for us to feed her getting ever more close each day until she finally gave us a head nudge. Quite a communicator as well. We completely fell for her charms. Such a cosy, homely house we felt right at home and Honor our host was fantastic. We would certainly go back. Couldn't fault it at all, one of the best!
