I never met Cecily but Yala was a great guy. Very easy to get on with, very communicative, reliable, considerate and polite. I knew my kitties would be in safe hands with him. He raised his concerns about my little Brie not coming out to show her face, and did all that he could to make sure she was ok. Brie is a rescue so she gets nervous around people she doesn’t know. He was very understanding of this and I appreciated that greatly. I would definitely have Yala back, would recommend him!

Pip was just amazing! Clear communication, very tidy, helpful, respectful, and also flexible. My sassy little one already started giving her kisses way sooner than her usual 'getting accustomed to' time, which is a stellar rating on its own. No need for me to comment more :) Thanks, Pip!

Anja & Leon were fabulous house & pet sitters that we would have no hesitation in recommending. They were easy to communicate with, efficient, friendly and lovely with the dogs, cat etc! We would be very happy to have them back another time if they were available!

There is nothing but 5 Stars I can give. Eric and MC have been here for the second time and I was so happy when they confirmed again. 2 weeks with Tapsi was great, the hiuse was super clean and they took very well care of Tapsi. I’d love to welcome them again anytime in my house

Lamees & Mahmoud were very nice petsitters. Reliable and great in communication. I got updates often and they seemed to really connect with Sok. Very reassuring and I would definitely ask them again!

We were delighted to have Mona as our house/pet sitter when we were away in Italy last week. She was easy to liaise with before the visit, asked all the right questions about our dog Mattie when she arrived, and we were very fortunate that when our return flight was delayed she could stay another night and even put our shopping delivery away in the fridge/freezer. Marie and Laura were fantastic sitters for our cats. Their communication was consistently prompt and thorough, offering us a sense of assurance while we were away. It was evident that they have a genuine love for animals, which translated into close attention and heartfelt care for our furry companions. Under their attentive watch, one of our kittens, previously struggling to socialize with other cats and humans, underwent a remarkable transformation by the time we returned. We are immensely grateful to Marie and Laura for positively changing this kitten's life. And, despite the unexpected circumstance of having to care for two extra kittens due to a delay in pickup by the new family, Marie and Laura handled all cats with remarkable grace and flexibility. The only reason why we were not able to give 5 stars on all categories is due to: Regarding reliability, there was an incident where one of our cats returned with a limp and swollen legs during their stay. Although they promptly notified us and gave us their assessment of his state that he has no visible injury, a closer examination might have resulted in better care (identification of probable cause and appropriate treatment), as we later discovered some scratches and nips in his frontal body and head upon our return and came to understand that the cat did not fall from a tree, but rather got attacked by a neighbor’s/street cat and suffered from an infection caused by cat fight wounds. In any case, the cat’s condition was not critical and we were not greatly alarmed as Marie and Laura were ready to provide whatever the needed care and attention. In terms of cleanliness, our home was mostly well-maintained upon our arrival. However, there were minor oversights such as food debris in the dishwasher drainer and dried-up sauce in the fridge shelves. Despite the above, we firmly believe they are extremely minor concerns that are easily addressable and do not overshadow their sincere care they provided to our cats. With more experience in zeewoi sits, we have full confidence that Marie and Laura will excel not only in pet care, but also in home maintenance. Their dedication to the well-being of our cats far outweighs the minor shortcomings, and they will always be welcomed in our home with open arms.

Art was a perfect sitter for our Casper. Great communication leading up to the booking and until our departure. Art was punctual and asked about he things I forgot to tell about the house when going through everything. Casper seemed to love Art straight away, and Art handled him very well from the start. We received regular updates when travelling, and we could see Casper was having a great time. House was perfect when we came home, and both Casper and our home was well taken care of. Would absolutely recommend Art!

Marion and Chuck were the perfect house- & catsitters. They were very patient with our senior cat Rufus, who needed 2 days to get to trust them🙃. Chuck and Marion sent cat updates every day and communicated very well about things in and around the house. When we got back home, we found our house cleaner than when we left it. They are a very kind, dedicated couple... We would highly recommend Chuck and Marion!

We were delighted to have Denis & Tabea pet sit for us & use our house as a base to explore London over Easter. We returned to a lovely clean house and healthy happy cat & dog. Dennis & Tabea are now able to add looking after a giant breed dog to their experience as pet sitters, as I believe this was their first-time looking after a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy!
