Claire took care of our three guinea pigs wonderfully. One got ill just before she arrived and she nursed him really well while we were away, keeping us updated the whole time. She cleaned their enclosure impeccably and left our house clean and tidy! We would happily have her sit for us again and recommend her wholeheartedly to any pet parents around the world. Marjolein and Erwin were excellent housesitters! We are so thankful to have had them stay at our place and care for our dog Jackson. Jackson is a puppy, and they handled him extremely well. They clearly know what they are doing when it comes to pet care and training, and took time to ask about our methods and habits beforehand to provide consistent expectations. It was so nice to receive their daily messages and pictures detailing where they had taken him out exploring. Jackson loved them and was sad when they left. Furthermore, Marjolein and Erwin cared for our home and garden as if it were there own, leaving it in better condition than before. They even ensured our fridge was stocked with essentials upon our return and had a home cooked meal prepared for us. We enjoyed getting to know them and would recommend them for all housesits. Anastasia (with help from her friend Bex) looked after my kitties for approx 1 and half months. She was very self-sufficient and also helpfully looked out for some expensive posted items that were sent to me whilst I was away! For this stay I actually had 2 sitters and she was able to liaise with the 2nd one about key arrangements etc for the handover and get everything clean enough for them to move in straight after!

Here's We had the pleasure of having Jamie and Piet look after our house, garden, and pets for three weeks while we were on vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for better caretakers. From the very first online contact, we felt a connection with them. We had made a small mistake in our planning, but Jamie and Piet handled it with such ease and flexibility, which immediately put us at ease. Meeting them in person before our departure confirmed our confidence in leaving our home in their capable hands. Throughout our time away, they were incredibly self-sufficient, only sending the occasional update, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. This can be considered remarkable knowing that our home has its own set of quirks. Particularly delightful was hearing from several neighbors that Jamie and Piet were not only excellent house sitters but also incredibly kind and friendly. Knowing that their qualities didn’t go unnoticed by our neighbors is perhaps the highest compliment they could receive. When we returned home, the thoughtful notes they left behind felt like a warm welcome, and we were especially touched by the delicious meal they had prepared for us. Jamie and Piet come highly recommended as house sitters, and we are truly grateful to them for allowing us to enjoy our vacation with complete peace of mind. Thank you so much for all three of you!
