Martin was an excellent house-sitter. Right from our first contact and subsequent zoom session we felt totally reassured that Martin had excellent experience and took his role very seriously. He also has a good sense of humour. We kept in contact prior to his house-sit for us and we were able to develop our initial relationship with ease. Martin arrived punctually on the day and was immediately showing his interest in Toby our dog and Black Cat wanting to know all about them. Martin was an active listener during our in-house briefing and asked questions to clarify any details as required. Martin was always very polite and respectful. When I suggested that we take Toby for an introductory walk, Martin immediately picked up the lead and had his first dog walk. While we were away, Martin sent us updates and photos on a daily basis. This was very reassuring and much appreciated. Upon our return home, we were delighted to find the house very well cleaned, bedding stripped and Toby was clean, fluffy and fresh smelling. Black Cat was perfectly at ease, asleep in one of her favourite chairs. Martin was first class and he has made some helpful suggestions that will help us with Toby. We would be very happy to have Martin house-sit for us again and pass on our best wishes to him.
Chantal & Brendan are warm, charismatic & caring people. They demonstrated compassion & commitment with all our pets needs. It is a bit of a juggle having many pets but thankfully Chantal & Brendan were relaxed & their high energy was infectious. Chantal offered to cook for us on our return & her kindness & charisma was apparent in all our conversations & interactions with our pets. Brendan is charming & a keen sports enthusiast.
